Super rude guy I told him my .other would puck up an xbox for my younger brother the the guy responded with "OK w.e bye" Gamestop you lost my business I'm going to walmart instead because you have rude people working for you. This just happend 10 minutes ago that man should not be working there

Purchased a new PS5 controller less than 6 months ago and it has terrible drift. Luck for me I got the protection plan right? Welp now they don’t give you an even exchange. They offer you a USED controller! Then he couldn’t process it. Now I have to come back and maybe get a used one as a replacement? Stay far away and save your money, don’t get the protection plan. They won’t honor it anyways. I’ll go ANYWHERE ELSE

I purchased a new ps5 slim on release day for store pick up, when I arrived the ps5 slim seal was broken, instantly I told the employee I didn’t want it, and he told me that he had already processed the order. I gave him the order number and he had the Order paper on the box and he refused to return it, he said he was unable to. I contacted game stop customer service and they told me that as soon as I got out of the store from picking up the ps5 and they started a ticket and the regional manager was contacted and customer service said that the regional manager would contact me to handle the situation, the regional manager never contacted me. I’ve been contacting customer service for almost 2 months and they haven’t provided me with a resolution. This is pathetic and ridiculous.Save your time and shop literally anywhere else.

BEWARE- DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I placed an online order for home delivery that day. I never received a receipt - email or otherwise. The item was not received that day. The item was not even received by noon the next day either. The employee had no explanation as to why it was not delivered as agreed to when I purchased the item. I cannot return the item as GameStop did not issue a sales receipt to my email nor have I ever received any type of purchase receipt for this sale aside from when I printed off my confirmation page. The employee was also kind enough to acknowledge the email receipt issue as being a common occurrence. Order 1100000064563311.

I have been to this store 3 times and this last time I thought it felt like an oven it’s so hot and their AC is broken…. But I must give kudos to the guy who works there. He’s the manager and each time I’ve gone in despite the heat he’s been very helpful and served with a smile. I don’t know how he manages in that heat, because I would raise the only hell if it was me. On top of that he’s extremely knowledgeable of the gaming world. He’s a great fit there.

New manager is very unprofessional and should get fired, I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining about this guy, I miss Alex, he was a very helpful guy and managed that store very well for years.. this new guy must not need his job because the way he treats customer in front of other customers and constantly on his personal phone and ignoring and not paying attention of what the customer needs is ridiculous.. do something GameStop this used to be my favorite store. I rather go to a different one or not give you any business at all if you let unprofessional people run your store like this.

Call up there to ask a question because I'm having issues with my Xbox immediately got told her we don't do that then got hung up on that was very rude and unprofessional if you guys can't even answer simple questions why are you even in business

It wasn’t that most used games I bought in the past have dead pauses. Nor was it the mid afternoon abandoned temperature they keep this dirty place at. But the employee on Saturday very rude. I get it, not your store and angry at the world. But quit and follow your passion before your youth goes away bruh.

Lucas is by himself and there is at least 6 people in line to pay yet he’s on the phone for 10 mins explaining why customer should buy a protection plan for ps5. Nice guy but dude, help the people front of you
