When I go to Fort Myers to see my daughter I seem to have a problem w/filling some of my prescriptions. Not to mention a lot of the chain pharmacys did not have my prescriptions in stock and would not give me anytime or even if they would be getting them. Those chain pharmacy’s were NOT helpful and frankly not very nice to customers.
Then I found GatewayRX in Fort Myers. So glad I did! I had to go a little bit out of my way, but I did not mind because the staff was so friendly and so appreciative. They even gave me a nice little gift and offered me a drink just for coming in and getting my scripts filled! Great place!
I HIGHLY Recommend GatewayRX especially if you want a friendly, great staff to help you. Thank you GatewayRX for all you do! it’s very much appreciated!

This is the best pharmacy on the west coast of Florida . By far, the pharmacist and her associates are very very kind, they will go out of their way to make sure you are able to get meds if you have time restraints. I can't stress enough how this pharmacy is unlike any other big time pharmacy ... GATEWAY RX treats you like EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS. .... they don't judge you and they will do whatever they can within the law to help you! I drive an hour to go there only Bc the prices are way better then anything near me and staff are absolutely amazing. !!! GO TO GATEWAY RXTo add, if you do not like how you have been treated while at a big name pharmacy but yet you continue to go there and leave feeling demoralized then Definitely check out Gateway RX, it genuinely surprised me how kind everybody was.... oh and they have free cans of soda, REDBULL, and water for the customers. Which I have never seen at any other place of business anywhere ! It's worth the hour drive to see friendly people and get my medicines at a much cheaper price . It's actually cheaper for me to drive an hour then it is to go down the road for the one script ofMeds that aren't covered by my insurance Bc the price difference is so substantial that it actuallyMakes more financial sense to make the drive to Gateway RX. Kind of wild but it is true. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!!! Thanks for all your help Gateway RX

Kellen and Bill are amazing. They are 10 steps ahead of the game. On time. On point Customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Walgreens and CVS fall very short next to Gateway Pharmacy.

Took my business here after being a Walgreens Rx customer for most of my life and becoming unsatisfied with their constant shortages, delays, and bad training of their techs causing me to have to make doctors appointments sooner than I had to because they were filling scripts out of order causing the older ones to expire.The pharmacists here are very competent, always fill my prescriptions promptly with no delays, shortages, or bombarding me with calls due to those issues. Kellen, the owner is very knowledgeable as she is involved with medical education as a pharmacology lecturer.If you take your business here you will not be disappointed and you will also feel good knowing that you are supporting a locally owned business.
