Does not return phone calls. After receiving a notice of non-renewal in the mail because Gehrish was no longer carrying my home insurance company, I left a total of 5 voice-mails. I had to contact another insurance company to find a new policy for my home.

This organization is a fine example of dedicated insurance professionals who always have your best interests at heart & provide in comparable customer service.

I would give him a minus 1 if possible. I attempted to call him multiple times, left messages. Finally wrote a letter canceling my insurance policy. That was in March. It is June and I still have not heard from him. I called Florida Peninsula Insurance, who Mr Gehrisch represents who told me I had a years contract and I could not cancel. That is contradictory to Florida State insurance Commission website. I am refuting with my credit card company and if not resolvedI will file a complaint with the state insurance commission. Save yourself some aggravation and don't deal with either Mr Gehrisch or Florida Peninsula.

The absolute worst customer service! No communication, phone calls are unanswered, no one us in office to try and pick up the phone. These jokers make decisions for you without telling you anything at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely worst Customer Service. Agents are never in office, don't return phone calls, no follow up, messages to agents from receptionist go unanswered, phone calls transferred to voicemail. Promises are made , always broken. No responsibility for customer issues and complaints!!! Don't let the 5 Stars fool you - reviews and ratings were made by the agency themselves. Third agent I have been assigned to - the same all round!
