One worker, noone else inside the store. Did not look at me say Hi did not ask if needed any help. I looked around for 10 minutes still nothing....had her back to me the entire time, I decided to walk out and take my business somewhere else. Can't rate on customer service when none was given...

GNC refused to sell me any products unless I gave them an email address they can sell to marketers forever.
I wont be shopping at GNC as long as this is their policy.
Rock’s vitamins just a block down the street does not have this policy. Do with that info what you will.

Cashier has ZERO customer service nasty attitude when I asked for help. I recommend going to the one in the Forum 1000%, they is very helpful and informative unlike this place.

This place never opens at 11. I just tried the doors at 11:30 and they're both locked. That's the second time its happened.

Just called right now and the lady put me on hold then came back on the phone and told me to call back later. I wasn't even asked the reason for my call. Going to Vitamin Shoppe.

It was such a pleasure coming to this location today. Dorian Was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills was excellent. Although the AC was out today in the store he had a positive attitude and was doing a great job multitasking as the store was busy. Thanks for a great experience!!
