I've never been to a GNC with bad customer service, the workers name is Abigail. And she is Racist. My son and I wanted to buy prime, and she said we can only purchase 2. Which is b******** So I made my fiancé buy another 2, she told him he can only purchase 1!!!!! This is insane! I will call and speak to the manager later. Not cool!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER!I've shopped at this store for awhile now. Staff is usually very accommodating. However, I have been in twice now looking for a product, when they didn't have it in store the manager offered to order it on my behalf. In both cases she NEVER placed the order, she only took my money and didn't order it. When you talk to customer service they can't help you because it is a in store purchase. I will NEVER EVER EVER allow them to place in order on my behalf.

Excellent service here by the cashier. She was very helpful and informative! Came here after having a bad experience at the GNC located in the Edison Mall.

Zero stars. This has been the worst experience ever. I ordered something in the store that was never delivered yet I'm told to call corporate. Customer service in Latin America refused to transfer me to the United States. Even though I changed my address with them several times they are refusing to resend my order. I was told to go to the delivered address and get it. So I should walk to Long Island, NY and retrieve it. Never will I purchase from the again. Worst customer service ever. Again zero stars but yelp requires at least 1 which is ridiculous. Avoid all GNC stores due to this issue is my recommendation and only buy American.

I just had a terrible experience at our local GNC. I went in to get vitamins that I have taken for 5 years. The clerk was not wearing a mask. When I asked her about it she said she didn’t have to. She said it was her right not to. I would hate to think what I thought was a reputable company would allow their employees not to wear a make and to be so cavalier about it. With Florida cases of COVID over 10,000 per day and Lee County the highest in Southwest Florida I find this unbelievable.
