Another wasted trip! Stopped by Sunday at 1:00 and store was closed. Going to start ordering it from Amazon. At least I’m not wasting my time and gas. Pitiful!

I normally don’t go to GNC but i tried it today last minute. Alyssa was very helpful and friendly. She genuinely cared about me reaching my health goals with the right supplements. I will be coming to this GNC from now on.

I come here for all my workout supplements and now only buy from GNC. This is because Jeff has been there every time for my past few visits and I'm glad he is there. Knowledgeable and friendly, he is way better that the young man they had there my first trip to this store.

GNC of Gulf Coast Town Center has your usual knowledgeable employee and a sort of decent selection of fitness and health products. The guy who works here is informed which is helpful. Still, their selection here is small, which does bump it down a little bit. Overall, I recommend this location for anyone in the need for some supplements!

Came at 10am as size says they are open and nobody there, lights off. They seem to not want to work.

Waste of a trip! Web site says that they are open. I show up at 1030 am on a Saturday and the doors are lock. No sign with times or anything. Not returning to this place

My fiance and I had a great experience at GNC today! I was confused on which protein powder to get and Spencer was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He helped with recommendations and explained the benefits of each one based on my goals. If you have any questions on nutrition, definitely go see Spencer!

As you can see from the other reviews, this store clearly has an issue with management and staffing. I went in to pick up an online order when they opened at 11. I waiting until11:20 but nobody showed up. I called GNC customer service and was directed to an out-of-country call center that was no help at all.

Came in to buy my supplements since I was nearby and they were closed (2:40 p.m. Sunday). Waited 20 minutes given the sign and no one showed. Fellow customer walked up and said the sign has been up since earlier in the day. Disappointed and frustrated that better signage or a time stamp wasn't placed. I don't think I'll ever come back to this location given this experience. Stick to ordering online and avoid the inconvenience plus you'll save gas!

Went here a few months ago to look for a fat burner, CLA, & a few other supplements for weight loss. Eric, greeted me when I walked in and showed me what he had tried and gave valuable feedback. As someone who holds a bachelors in Exercise Physiology, I asked him some questions regarding the supplements. He was extremely knowledgeable and was aware of how the supplements metabolized in the body, I was very impressed. He was friendly and the whole experience was great. He even pointed me to some quality on sale protein, and lets to honest not everybody would do that. 5/5 stars, I would recommend this location to anyone looking to gain more fitness knowledge and/or purchase effective supplements.
