Are You Kidding Me??? We bought a new Ping G LE Driver for my wife at Golf Galaxy in Gulf Coast Center in Ft. Myers. The demonstration and selection process went well at the store and we purchased the $500 club. Upon delivery the store now tells us that the Wrench needed to adjust the loft is Not Included in the $500 purchase??!!!???. So basically we bought an adjustable club that is not adjustable.

Great place. Lots of inventory. It's amazing how expensive the game of golf can be ?

Bought a gift card for my brother for Christmas, my other brother also bought him one as well to the same place. Gift card didn’t reach him for both of us, I tried calling them multiple times had problems with it and waited for 30m on the phone, they DO NOT care, please don’t buy e-gift cards from this place, you will have problems everytime.

I was fortunate to have Jimmy Zingale help me in buying a couple of new clubs at the Ft. Myers Golf Galaxy! What a great experience! A true professional! Very sociable made me laugh and enjoyed the one on one experience. If you need anything in golf Jimmy is your guy! Thank you very much! Stew

I was in the store recently and told the manager I would like to try the putter used by Lucas Glover to win the Wyndham. The manager said "I wouldn't know I had to work on Sunday". I have to admit this response really surprised me and not in a good way.

Went to replace a grip and check swing weight on my driver , no one in the service center so I placed my driver in the swing weight scale, I was approached by the manager and asked what I was doing I explained I wanted to get a grip replaced and check the swing weight of the driver He then decided to stare me down with his angry face for about 5 seconds and say you cant do that without a sales associate and then more angry face.. He wore a big American Flag patch on his shirt , what kind of company would hire a guy like this to run their store. Try the pga superstore much better service.

Dan is the man! His knowledge and willingness to help put a better driver in a bag and helped to decrease my score. Before the fitting I was slicing almost every ball off the tee. Now I’m finding the fairways and having a much better time on the course! I highly recommend Dan for any fitting needs you have. Will definitely return. Thanks again Dan

Horrible customer service. Dropped clubs off yesterday to have them regripped. Came back this morning to pick them up and asked if I could hit a few on the simulator. Was told I had to pay for a fitting to see some numbers as far as distance and whatnot. Spent thousands in this store and shouldn’t have to pay to get some info on distances. Mentioned u could go anywhere else in town and not have to pay. Guy then told me I should go somewhere else then. Very rude and so I let it be known that he was bad at his job out loud and in front of his workers and bosses I’m sure. I walked away and he followed me saying that I should leave now instead of looking around more. Never again will I spend money at this store. Reminded me of the course rangers that are volunteers and think they have all the control in the world. Doesn’t cost them a dime to activate the machine for me.

No customer service. Staff doesn't greet customers or ask if they need any assistance. Not friendly to junior golfers.

This review is based on the service for replacing grips on clubs. I needed a quick turnaround and was told that the policy was 24 hours. I visited the store and was pleased with the selection of grips. Brian helped me find a suitable grip for my putter and wedge. To my surprise, he changed them out while I was waiting. Overall, the service and selection were excellent. It would be great to have a better selection of women's clothing and shoes. Thanks!

Buyer beware..... So this is my story went to golf galaxy middle of february 2023 today is beginning of March 2023 so it's been 3weeks approximately. bought the Ping G430 10.5 with the Kylie shaft 60 gram stiff..I did swing the club in the swing monitor and had a Associate Help me. It was not considered a fitting tried a couple of different shafts and we landed on the Kylie. After going to the course the club performed well but I lost a significant amount of distance roughly 15 yd.which was different in the monitor (I might add) In real conditions the club under performed. I went to golf Galaxy to try to say I was unhappy with the club. They told me there was nothing they could do. But Give Me Trade Value Of $250 (wow) When I just paid $600 for the club. Unhappy I left the store went to the driving range the following week and tried to play with settings to see if I could get a little more distance. Out of the club. Still unhappy with results I again called golf Galaxy and asked maybe if I could possibly come in And try different shafts that come with the club stock and maybe switch it out. The manager who was extremely rude who I have been dealing with this whole time told me there was nothing he could do for me so in my opinion as A low handicap golfer of 20 years do not buy any clubs from golf Galaxy. Stick with any company that gives you a play ability return. I would recommend edwin watts. I will never spend another dollar in a golf Galaxy or any business associated with them and I would recommend everybody do the same. They do not stand behind their products and have beginning golfers working there doing fittings (lesson learned.) I know because the gentleman who helped me was not more than twenty years old and was actually not very helpful. so please guy's if you are looking for clubs and you are a real golfer, do not buy clubs at Golf Galaxy go and buy anywhere but there.if Golf Galaxy would like this review removed all you have to do is some good old fashioned customer service and we can work together to make this situation better for both parties.stay tuned for response thanks for reading

Had my driver regripped and the first time I used it the shaft broke about 1/2" above the end of the grip after 12 holes. I took it back to Golf Galaxy assuming they would replace the shaft and grip for free. I didn't think it was a coincidence that the shaft broke right after a new grip was installed. Unfortunately they said it was a typical normal shaft break and not the fault of improper grip installation.I took the club to another golf store and they showed me where the shaft had been shaved while removing the old grip and said that was the probable cause of the break. I've always done business with Golf Galaxy, but no more.interestingly the fellow that did my grip install at Golf Galaxy was not the normal repair guy. Buyer beware. I learned my lesson, but won't shop at this store again.

Worked w/Brent at this store to get a new Cleveland wedge. He did an excellent job and knew all the nuisances of the different models which help make the decision on which one to purchase much easier.
