Multiple times this Goodwill location has rounded up the change without even asking. It happened again today. This location already is overpriced and is gonna take more money at checkout behind my back....Not ok!

They don't give receipts for the donations you drop off. Bad news.
I've dropped off tons 3 times. They make good money and I can't write anything off on my taxes. Yeah right. Very questionable. Won't donate here again.

Looked like a nice store. Wish I could have shopped. Came here to look at the toy section however when I arrived the employee (middle eastern woman with head scarf) completely blocked the aisle with carts. I moved the cart to look and she rudely snapped at me that the aisle was closed. There were other shoppers down this aisle shopping so I felt very singled out. I have never seen a GW store close an aisle on a busy Saturday like that. She had a cart of stuff to stock why does she need to shut an aisle down to stock? If the woman wasn’t so rude to me I would have just accepted and left.

I always have a good experience shopping here and always find what I need! Donation process is also simple, and they take most of everything.

Trips to goodwill are always good experiences for us! You can find new items in their boxes for very cheap prices. Very easy to donate things to goodwill! I definitely recommend!

This store is the poster child for what is wrong with goodwill. First, it's very small - about 1/3 the size of a normal store. Second, the merchandise choice is poor. Finally, the pricing is ridiculous. $7.97 for a paperback. $6.99 for a stained, plaing men's t-shirt. Many more examples. Goodwill has lost its way. Somebody needs to remind them that they pay $0 for inventory. They rely on the kindness of people. Also, they're supposed to pay store employees a fair wage - that is a joke. Search "goodwill executive salaries" and you'll see who makes the real $ there. Their mission is to provide good paying jobs to the underprivileged and offer fairly priced used options to the people that can't afford things. On both counts they fail miserably.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Slow slow cashiers, horrendous bathrooms and a older Spanish lady on the floor was so pissed I asked for a fitting room she slammed the door behind me and then opened the door as I was getting dressed. Wth!!

This place is just not great. I don’t know if they just didn’t have any people working but I had to wait at the checkout for a good 10 minutes before seeing anyone who worked there. Once someone came, they were a bit rude and seemed to be completely checked out.

Visited yesterday and had a great experience. The store is clean and organized. Ricardo was an excellent cashier, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. He was caring and didn’t rush my checkout experience even though there were people waiting behind me. Thanks Ricardo!
