Lots of great stuff, especially clothing! Fitting rooms are dim and some items are priced up but overall nice store!

We always enjoy shopping at this Goodwill! It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and they consistently have a great selection of furniture.
I was in the store last night and witnessed an unfortunate situation where a customer became extremely angry and rude with two employees. They calmly explained the store’s return policy and why they couldn’t accept his return. However, the customer began yelling and berating the staff, with a line of customers waiting behind him.
I was really impressed with how the employees handled the situation, staying calm and attempting to de-escalate things.
While I didn’t catch their names, I want to commend the gentleman and the lady who were working on 03/30 before closing. They both handled this stressful situation with grace, and someone should recognize their efforts! They are working very hard, and it’s much appreciated.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve shopped and donated at this goodwill for over 10 years and never have I ever been treated so poorly. Came to donate some cloths and a wood display table that opens at the top with glass doors. The wood had previously cracked but was fixed and refinished with wood putty and repainted. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with the piece of furniture. Before I could even get it all the way out of my car he started to cop an attitude and say nope I can’t take this it’s cracked and when I tired to explain that to him he started to forcibly grab the table from me and tired to force it back in my car as I was still holding it. I had to tell him to stop and let go multiple time before he did. So apparently this location is now okay with being forcibly aggressive towards their customers. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well. YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD NEVER PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!!!

Don’t plan on shopping here for more than 30 minutes. The lady Susan in there is a psycho and will try to get your car towed because she’s soooooo concerned about cars being in the goodwill parking lot. Psychotic

Great little stuff, nicely sorted, things are neat easy to find and everybody’s very helpful. Most of the stuff is labeled correctly.

Another goodwill that is just a bad experience. They are trying to sell cheap knock off products as brand new and the prices on things are just insane. The workers are also a bit rude with a few of them talking to each other at maximum volume across aisles and being loud and obnoxious with customers.

If I could I would leave no stars at all. So, I purchased a new item that is sold by the registers and when I took the item home to open it, I noticed it had a hole. I went back to the store to have item replaced and I was told NO. How could they sell new items, broken, and not even give people a chance to have the item replaced. I brought proof of purchase and they did absolutely nothing to help.

Oh my goodness, around 12 am a manager at this store openly in the present of customers was screaming at 2 employees, this blatant misconduct undermines proper conduct in any work atmosphere, I feel terrible for the two employees had to leave the premises

This store was really nice and organized but I was BAFFLED at the outrageous prices in this non-profit organization. No matter how nice and prepped the store is goodwill organizations are made to service low income families providing DONATED goods. I found a tennis racket marked for 15.99 EACH which the same racket can be purchase in Walmart brand new for $14. Toys that where severely used were as low as $5. I apologize for my disappointment but I have shopped and donated items at goodwill since I was younger and prices were never this ridiculous. Especially not for children equipment. Severely used clothes used to go for 1.99 never double the price. Unfortunately, I didn’t take photos but every single time I go to this location without a doubt their prices never fail to be outrageous. It is a bit shameful to mark donated items so high when they target low income families. If you are looking to shop for cheaper donated goods try shopping other goodwill location such as the location on challenger Blvd or McGregor Blvd that actually price fairly for items while still making a profit. No disrespect to the staff as they seem kind and hard working but all disrespect to the greed practiced in this location.

Very good store, the one located in plantation with a great variety of products but they should review the actions of the employees and manager, because they do not treat customers in the best way, it is the second time in which I have difficulty with the change of money, this time they didn't give me the change, the cashier was Susan and the manager was a tall blonde who didn't have identification or her name anywhere, if I left the store I realized that I hadn't taken the change, I went back to the cash register to complain and she and the cagera with a very bad attitude did not want to accept that there was a mistake, how can it happen, after almost an hour waiting and trying to help me with a translator I told them that I was going to complain and when I was getting into the car The cager Susan came out to give me my money, I think they should review and if it is necessary to train the workers to serve customers, it is a shame that in a store as demanding as this, these things happen.

Awful experience. We went to make a large donation and the lady (who apparently was up "helping" from the Naples store or something like that) acted like we were an inconvenience because it was raining. I think they forgot we live in south Florida. Also, they said they were closed due to the rain??? But hours clearly state they open at 9. We arrived at 9:20. For my wife and I going out of our way to make a donation, we felt exceptionally unwanted. We will definitely donate our belongings to other organizations after this disgraceful experience.

I basically have been to every goodwill in this area and boy this isn't the best. The prices were high and even for a sale day it was a lot of junk. One person on register who was entirely unhappy to be there on her own and made it known. The manager did not seem supportive, and did not do anything I saw to help. Wasn't a great experience.
