When we arrived there and waited in line for awhile. We were told that we weren’t allowed to drive our own vehicle into the service bay. When I inquired of the man at the register about why in the times of Covid that I had to allow a complete stranger into my vehicle. His answer was “store policy “ this is B. S. Of an answer. Then he told me if I didn’t like their policy I could go to their competitor down the road Jiffy Lube which is exactly what I will do next time.

I've been coming there a lot of years with my vehicles and they've all been very respectful, professional, they listen, I can't say enough good things about him they are the best and I won't go anywhere else. They treat their customers with total respect and dignity and that's what I like about them
