I believe that charging the same price for a Mitsubishi mirage g4 and f150 is gouging at the least. When I asked to pay up front the receptionist was avoid having me paid till the end. Regardless of protocol and the understanding of the business trying to upsell it felt like entrapment with incongruent with the gouging I will be reporting these unethical conduct to the Better Business Bureau . Don’t get me going on the half way attempt to vacuum the car.

Service was great and quick
All was great till I paid and went to get into my car and my car was almost stole. Some guy just decided to get into my car and try and take off.
My car was left running with the keys in it.
It such a good idea for them to do that. They need to bring in your keys when you pay.

I have se this place all the time even with my company vehicles. I sent my daughter her as I have always had great service. She told them her windows can’t be rolled down as car was just tinted. Had tape over the controls to not roll them down. Came out after paying and someone deliberately rolled her windows down. Ruining a $270 tint job very unprofessional of the people working in the shop. No reason to roll windows down especially when controls were covered
