The people working here are slow and worthless at helping, I called the store directly and spoke to a representative, she was just as worthless, good thing I found some Latino guys from Miami that are helping them in the store, they were the only ones that were able to help, viva la Raza!!

Store is generally ok. Flooring installs are apparently only done by one company, and they told me they only one installer, and they couldn't show up when they were supposed to and couldn't leave a message saying so.

I purchased a LG refrigerator about 2.5 years ago with the extended warranty. came home lastnight to a floor full of water. It stopped working. Called the extended warranty division and trouble shoot it. Woke up this morning and still not working. Called the warranty division back and scheduled for repair.
