The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff including the bank manager were as cold as ice. I wouldn’t trust this bank with a penny of my money. Wondering how they are still in business. Really need to have mandatory classes of customer relations & manners. If you bank with horizon I highly recommend you withdraw your money before they file bankruptcy.

Nothing to say much here. They need to educate their staff on customer service and friendliness starting with the branch manager.

Barely attempted to help me with my issue and left to take lunch as if they didn't just open up at 9 lunch at 11? Asked the next teller for assistance and she completely blew me off. It's no wonder they rate a 2.5 these people do not want to work. Mind you there's no other customers in site. I didn't even get a smile or a greeting or any reassurance.

I would give this bank less than a star. I used their ATM to withdraw money from a debit card and was shorted $80 by their machine. I went inside to notify them and try and get my correct amount that I withdrew and was informed I had to file a claim. One day later I received an email stating I need to take it up with my bank because I am not a First Horizon Bank member. I was also informed the ATM did this to the person before me. Why they did not shut down their machine is unknown to me? They should have done accounting of their machine and refunded me the money their machine stole from me!

This place has plenty of people walking around but no one to help you. Only one actual teller on a Friday afternoon. When a bank doesn’t want to take your money, time to switch

One nightmare after another with this bank. They are disorganized, branch staff has no ability to help customers, their systems are completely antiquated, and during Covid crisis they offer absolutely no help whatsoever in form or extension programs, fee forgiveness--nothing. Zero. They have a "deferral" program for their Home Equity line which is worthless. You get three months to skip payments, during which time you can't use the line. Then the three payments all come due at once at end of the 3 months. How can that possibly help anyone impacted by the downturn. The bank is doing absolutely nothing except collecting every penny including late fees. I get madder every time I call their customer service. I'm leaving as soon as I can. PS. This is the first online review I've ever done in my life--that's how ticked off I am at the idiots who run Iberia bank.

I got my home loan with them although I banked at another bank their rates were the best. The experience was painless and they were very helpful in the process.

Went in concerned and Beth Coon came out and helped me with everything and settled my anxieties. She was kind and didn't talk down to me at all. Great bank and felt welcome.

Great customer service and attentive to my individual needs. They are a big bank that cares about people, not just numbers.

What happened to our small town customer friendly banks that had two way streets? I am so sorry that Florida Gulf Bank sold to Iberia...they also sold their hearts. As a business owner & customer (I use that term loosely) they are condescending & have no consideration for their small business customers, while sitting in their ivory towers taking home their paycheck and enjoying their benefit packages. After all... they are corporate now & and we all are just a number. Shame on you.
