I had a problem with the bearings on my Jaguar, and Allie helped me resolve it in the best way possible. She was extremely kind, attentive, and friendly throughout the process. If you need any service, I highly recommend speaking with her at the dealership.

Called Jaguar with a battery issue. Melanie had no hesitation. She fit me in and the wait for them replace the new battery was minimal. They also washed her up before they returned it to me. Melanie always has a smile for me and some conversation. She’s my new best friend!

Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Ft Myers Jaguar. I live on the space coast and drove 3 1/2 hours. Justin was immediately easy to talk to and worked with me to ensure I received the best/fair price (unlike the local Jaguar dealership) before making the drive. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was cleaned and in the showroom garage for me. Justin went with me on my test drive and explained all the features I had questions about. Justin made sure we weren’t at the dealership too long and had all of the paperwork ready! It was a short and sweet transaction. I would highly recommend them and use them again for any future purchases! Thanks Justin.

Another great purchase at Jaguar of Fort Myers. I worked with Joey D'Ambra and and he was prompt, friendly, and professional. Made the car buying process, and trade, a low stress and fast process. Would definitely recommend him and Jaguar Fort Myers.
The vehicles I have bought there were better than described, and with no surprises or other high pressure sales tactics.

First car I’ve ever bought sight unseen (in person). I live in Ohio and have traveled to Alabama, Texas (2x) and Florida to purchase vehicles in the past - and have had very poor/ mixed results. Meaning: the cars were never as advertised. I had just gotten back from Texas 2 weeks prior to purchasing this car and was extremely “misled” (lied to). I even had to ask six times from a reputable Lincoln dealership to have videos sent of the car before I flew down to see it. I never ended up getting the videos and chose not to even waste my time with the dealer. Jaguar of Fort Myers and Eric were responsive and forthcoming from the very first contact and Eric sent five videos without me even asking. He answered all of my questions, and even let me talk to the service manager regarding service performed to the car. He showed me exactly what was done to the car and the entire service history of it. When ever buying a used Jaguar it’s extremely important to ensure the car has been well taken care of. Long story short I bought the car sight unseen because I trusted the dealership and Eric specifically. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as I had anticipated. I am 100% satisfied and would without any hesitation recommend the dealership and Eric to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.
