Today, December 24th, my husband and I were mistreated and discriminated against in the store when it came time to pay. I speak basic English, but when a problem arises, we need help translating. The cashier Katherine helped us kindly, and when she saw that we didn't understand each other, she needed the help of another Hispanic cashier named Irene, and at the moment she was going to translate for us, the operations manager named Jennifer arrived and in a very bad way told Irene that she had to take care of her cash register. Irene told her what was happening and that she only needed to tell us what was happening with the card and the manager didn't even let her explain... she didn't even look at us!! Because of that, we had to do something that we didn't want to do, because we knew that what was happening could be solved by just explaining the solution to us. That caused my husband so much anger that his blood pressure went up a lot. We had a happy holiday because of the mistreatment of that manager! They should take that into account! Thanks to Irene and Katherine for trying to help us and their good treatment!

Not enough help at the register the cashier rung up my sweater, but I never came home without it went back to the store. Nobody could find it. Nobody knows what happened to it. I never got my sweater and never got my money back because lost prevention was supposed to call me back after they took the camera to see what happened to my sweater. Never got a call back tried calling the store several times.
I just got tired.

Very poor customer service. Not enough cashiers. Waited in line a very long time while other employees watched the line grow. Takes forever to buy or return anything. Not worth shopping there anymore sadly.

Irene the cashier was very rude disrespectful and non considerate at all I was checking out and didn’t want to ring my order due to the fact that she said socks were not on clearance when there was a sign that they were in clearance and didn’t want to check me out barely spoke English correctly and was very rude ! This lady needs to be fired ! ! How can if penny hire someone that does not know how to speak English and has no customer service

Tried your phone service for departments..no answer then tried the operator waited a long time for ringing then seem like i was put on hold then the ringing started again for 15 minutes then got hung up...

My Cashier Peggy was fantastic!! The Sale the store was having was great!! The store was dirty tho. Especially the fitting room up by shoes.

I had a bad experience today 07/05/2024. I was returning a backpack I had bought from my son and the return process was fatal, just because we didn't have the receipt. I've bought before and it's all good, but today I was really disappointed.

The store has a great variety of women's clothes for women that are in their '20s all the way up to their 60s it just really has a great amount of things that you can pick out I was very happy I didn't have to go anywhere else in the mall.. this trip was for my wife

Wow! Coming from a smaller state that had small JC Penny stores, this store was a wonder and a pleasure to shop at. Will definitely be back!!

Robie was very helpful! She went the extra mile to make sure the dress I found rang-up at the correct price. Nice store, however, the dressing rooms aren’t the cleanest.
