Tried calling to ask a question about parts. I asked them if they sold Trane/Ameristar parts (they dont). I asked of he knew a good place to contact since I've been having trouble getting ahold of anybody and the genius told me to Google it ad if I didn't think if that already. Don't waste your time here if you're a homeowner.

We needed a transformer to repair an ac unit on a mobile sleep trailer used to house lineman here to repair storm damage. They were very helpful and made sure we had what we needed! Thank you!

I have been an HVAC contractor for 40 years. Johnstone is a fixture in the HVAC & appliance parts industry. They are a wholesale distributor, and as such not for those with no understanding of what they are working with, much less even looking at. HVAC equipment can be hazardous or deadly to the unqualified.
