They had the hard to find trailer tire I needed. And unlike most Florida businesses they were closing in 30 minutes but I was 50 minutes (plus traffic away) they stayed open for ne. The owner (and small child) waited for me and gave me a discount. Actual great customer service in Florida!!!

Jones did a very clean installation of an Ecohitch and handled all aspects w integrity and honesty. Was very straightforward about costs and alternatives. Very exceptional business! Definitely recommend them. This was on a 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid and very well done.
