I went in expecting to walk right out, however lovely selection of shoes that this location provided me caught my eye dearly. I was serviced by Regan to buy a beautiful pair of adidas. She had great customer service and we made polite conversation for several minutes.

my partner and i went to buy a new pair of shoes for the first time in forever, so it was a very meticulous process. Jon was so kind, patient and helpful when helping my partner find a shoe that was comfortable without making us feel bad for the time we were spending. 10/10 customer service

I always go to the store and they take good care of me, but this time seller “SHAUNA”was in a very bad mood, no selling skills at all she was visibly upset because my daughters were Spanish speakers I don’t recommend anyone to go there while she is working.very bad experience.

Just like everything that's happened to society because of covic 19 ; I haven't been to the mall,movie theaters only essential places work, getting fuel, and groceries.Anyways I had been checking out a pair of doc martens for awhile online.Today me and mywife went out for lunch and then decided to actually check out the Edison Mall.While we there I rembered there is a Journey's store in the mall. We walked in an immediately were greeted and helped by Jas. She brought a pair of Doc's in my size and let me try them on and I walked around in them.She also helped my wife with a pair of Timberland boots. It was actually nice to try something on instead of imagining from online.And the fact that Jas made the in person experience pleasant made our trip to the mall enjoyable. Because of her we won't hesitate to go back to the mall to Journey's and actually buy the shoes we tried on. If you are looking for a pair of shoes try Journey's in the mall and ask for Jas.

Wow.. lady here called my son a she but even after correcting her continued to call him a her.. also got his shoes in women's size instead of men, I came back to switch them out and she still tried arguing with me that it was the same.. very bad experience never getting another dollar from me
