We are so fortunate to have this store and post office! It is the closest one to my home business. I drop off packages here all the time. The owner and staff are super friendly. It is a pleasure speaking with them every time I go. The hallmark store has everything imaginable!

Today two employees treated me with disrespect. A postal worker told me which door to use for the restroom and then I had a dramatic shocking disturbance of violent banging on the door while in the restroom! The postal worker told me it was another employee and smirked carelessly while telling me I should not have used the restroom. This double message add more stress as I was already shaken up by the violent knocking. I was trying to find out what happening but made to feel ashamed for respectful asking to use the restroom! If I was in error, I should be given every courtesy as a patron. I was not finished shopping but I had to leave because I was so frighted and publicly shamed! I respectfully only purchasing the items I set at the counter. I still had several other premier ornaments to find but I felt uncomfortable searching for the rest of items. I made a purchase of $32.12 at 12:07 pm. I had to sit in the parking lot for awhile before driving because this experience. I could not help to think the experience would have been different if I was not a black woman! I ended up driving across town to another hallmark location and finished my purchase of $215.15 at 2:18 pm of hallmark ornaments. Today was a premier day to pick up ornaments and I would have loved to finish my purchase at Kays' Shop but my patronage was severely disrespected collaboratively. The other hallmark store opened the door for me as I entered the store, took my list, picked out all my ornaments, and cheerfully interacted with me. I left your store crying with tears of shame and I left the other store crying with tears of gratitude. The other store had no idea what I experience just moments before!

Poorly Managed Post Office. No prepaid package drop off without standing in line. This has been a problem for years! It's like they can't conceive of putting a drop off basket or cart within reach to alleviate the backed up line for those that have already pre paid for package shipment.Don't waste your time sharing your opinion unless you want a snarky arrogant response... Simple logic supply a cart For people to put their prepaid packages in to alleviate the long Line.

Nice people, great gifts and cards. I can send packages and buy stamps because the post office is inside of the business.

There aren't very many Hallmark stores anymore - least ways as I can tell. I rarely see them where once they were dotted across our Country. This one has managed to survive and exemplifies why Hallmarks were so popular. First they have cards...lots of cards, and for any occasion. Birthdays, anniversaries, get well, sympathy, graduations, friendship and the list goes on. Second, they have unique things one can purchase for gifts, occasions, decor, or just pleasure. Third, everyone I met here was helpful, friendly, and courteous. Fourth, this particular store also has a working Post Office in the rear left quadrant - a very convenient and efficient set up. Why have Hallmark stores disappeared over time? Well experts say, the internet and specifically social media platforms have made cards a thing of the past. Everything is done online in real time. Probably a true statement, but let's be honest, who doesn't enjoy getting a card with a few written words from an old friend, a co-worker, a spouse, a sibling, ...anyone?! It sends a message that this person cared enough to go out of their way to pick out the right card with the right message to let them know they were special. I'm a big believer in cards - No not high tech and in real time, Yes lasting memories and genuine sincerity. I think this Hallmark has all the right stuff. Check them out, buy a card, bring your ink pen, fill it out and drop it in the mail...easypeasy.

Biggest highlight for me is the Post Office in the back of the store. Love hallmark stores because you can find unique things there. The staff are all pleasant every time I’m there.

I love Hallmark but lately everytime I go into Kay's with my coupons they can not accept them because their computer is offline. Tried in May, two different times, no luck and they expired in May( $11.00.) Twice this week in June I have been in Kay's and same story " We can not accept coupons because our computer is offline. This $4.00 coupon expires in 8 more days. Who has the time to keep trying to go back?? Sadly I bought all of my cards today without using my coupons, but seriously thinking of going to find another Hallmark or just buying my Hallmark cards from Walmart where they are already discounted. Was trying to do the right thing in shopping in small community businesses but rethinking....
