Moved out of state with no branch available no longer have access to old phone number told I can’t verify over the phone to change number has no access to any money will only send any cards or checks to old address .

Horrible. Lost my wallet. Climbing over trees fallen from Hurricane Irma. They claim to help hurricane victims.Why can they mail me a card, but no cash in person? I have copies of my picture id's. Horrible just horrible
