Elizabeth has taken care of me and my child on multiple occasions, and she is efficient, thorough, and very professional. This office has great workflow, and your wait time is significantly less than the average labs around town. I don't know why the star rating is a 3 only because this is the best Labcorp in Fort Myers/Lehigh area hands down.

DO NOT GO here unless your veins are popping out and you can ignore rude people. Just read the rest of the reviews saying the same thing we are not all wrong. The white lady with dark hair was insanely rude and incompetent ended up just telling us to go somewhere else and blamed it on us for not finding the vein.

I had a great experience today, despite the negative reviews. I made an appointment, checked in on my phone and waited in my car. My appointment was for 7:45am and I got a text at 7:36am telling me that the technician was ready for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was fast and did a great job. I even called later in the day because I had a quick question and got a call back within 5 minutes.

Highly recommend this Metro Parkway location. They are fast and efficient and I rarely have to wait even without an appointment. I have heard them deal with many difficult situations and they have always been kind considerate and professional.

I normally have a good experience at this location BUT the last 2 times, the RUDEST woman told me she couldn't read the script from my doctor. I could read it, no problem. She (don't know her name) obviously hates her job and refuses to do it. No one wants to go the extra mile and do their job correctly anymore. I shouldn't have to reschedule after fasting because she is too LAZY to call the doctor and get the info she needs. I'll go to another office where I will be treated like a HUMAN instead. HORRIBLE OFFICE

Third day in a rown I drove 1 hr plus to be turned away due to labcorp not communicating. 7 hour wait time, their "light is broken"(?), paper sign on door as a notice to not do drug screen.

The employees were rude, their English was not good. I had forgotten to bring the lab order... But very easily pulled it up on MyChart to email. First they told me I could email and then they told me I couldn't. They wanted me to call the doctor's office to fax it over. The issue was just that their English was horrible. They gave me serious attitude! They had wanted a credit card for 'just in case'. Just in case what?! Maybe this is the new norm? I wanted to add on, at our own expense of course, test for her blood type. They said that was not possible. Everything about them was just rude and nasty! It was for my 81-year-old mom, who they never even spoke to. They just stuck her with a needle, drew blood and said you're done. Unbelievable! I will never go to a LabCorp again. And when I commented on what a horrible experience it was, again nothing pleasant, they just said there are plenty other places you can go. Nasty human beings! Horrible experience! If you care about your loved one, don't take them here!!

This is the best LabCorp. Elizabeth is terrific. Always professional, helpful and caring. Have been there 5 times in the last several months. Have not waited more than 10 minutes for my tests. Maria is also great. Very efficient and helpful.

Best LabCorp. location. Have been there at least 6 times recently. Elizabeth is the best. Always professional, helpful and friendly. This is a busy location and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any of my tests. I had Maria today and she was just like Elizabeth.
