Worst place in the entire world to ever go to especially when you’re already stressed about medical issues. They had one person working the desk AND drawing blood and wait times were astronomical. She was SO RUDE to everyone who came in. Why not hire more people and get people and out quickly? DONT EVER GO HERE!

My appointment was @8 this morning I waited an entire hour and 20 mins before I was called then they said they didn't do the type of blood work that I needed done very unprofessional was loud ash very rude to me when I walked in smh this place just need to go out of business

My appt was canceled at Bonita ofc, so I show up here instead, they could care less tell me it’s a two hour wait!! Literally didn’t give a shit!

If I could leave a negative review, I would. The employees hate their job, customer service is worst I have ever been a part of. Waited for two hours after checking in and they told me their fax has never worked, after asking when I first got in if they received the fax from doctors office.

The gentleman there yesterday was sooo rude, can’t have a newborn with me for a drug test ? Like I’m gonna use my newborn to take the test for me? It literally said on “the rules” not in the bathroom and I said I was fine with that, I’ll even keep the door open alittle but no he kicked me out!!! Luckily the lady there told me to come back before they closed but y’all’s hours don’t work for anyone . My husband works a 8-5 I have no one local to watch my child and I had a time limit to do this!! And also huge red flag PLEASE DO NO TALK ABOUT YOUR PATIENT STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU TO YOUR COWOKER IN SPANISH !
I’ll gladly take the further drive to quest , they are friendly and considerate and don’t mind having kids around!!

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE!!!
Those 4 stars were earned by the overworked staff that had to put up with upset patients. The kind lady that helped me with everything today did great and got me in and out within 15 minutes.
The other people were talking like they were walk-ins at the DMV!
You know who can improve that? LabCorp Corporate.
People are packed into the lobby when the place is already booked, and they are not happy.
LabCorp needs to heavily advertise that people need to make appointments in advance online whenever humanly possible. Things would go a lot smoother if there weren't so many walk-ins and not enough medical staff to help.
I had to search about 6 nearby locations, but I managed to find a next-day appointment at this one. The rest are booked until sometime next week! We are lucky to have as many locations as we do. They need to adjust the website to search all locations in a city, county, or zip code for earliest available appointments over the next week.

This place is awful. They made my husband check in over again (and wait all over again) because they couldn’t spell his name. Folks sit in the waiting area and are continually ignored.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!
TWICE now i have made an appointment and both times i sat and waited and was NEVER seen. establishment closed and all techs left, while i still sat there and watched.
I am on my third attempt to get a freaking drug test (i would go somewhere else if my Job would let me) and i am on 3 1/2 hours of waiting.
Guy in white lab coat with an earring , i dont know maybe he’s a dr, literally the rudest man i have ever met. If you hate your life so bad, get out of customer service. dont take it out on us.
anyways , Quest Diagnostics never gives me any trouble. highly suggest leaving this place to rot .

Really easy to select a time and the girls were extremely efficient getting me in before my actual appointment time! Robin was great and very friendly!
