I wanted to leave a review for Dr. Carillo and staff. The front desk is incredibly kind and professional and Dr. Carillo is outstanding. I cant speak for the other doctors or other peoples experiences of course, but for me, I am impressed and glad for the care there.

The Clayton Court folks are the best!! Helpful, cheerful people and they are able to keep to the appointment times schedule. Wonderful doctors too - been going there for years!

Dr van zyl was horrible. told me that I would not be getting refills on my meds I have been on for years. I just moved to fl and he was more into all the side effects of the medications. won't be back there.

Dr. Perez was very exceptional.I was scared to go to the emergency room when I went for a physical at worky heat was beating so fast, that they thought that I needed to go to the emergency room.but he did a EKG,and my heart was ok.He have me medicine to slow down the heat rate,and lowed my blood pressure.He knew what was causing the rapid heart rate.My experience was great.

I wasn’t all the way happy because I had set an appointment up through the call center and drove all the way from Tampa due to recently move from the hurricane, and come to find out there were no longer doing the service I needed to be done. The call center had never mentioned anything regarding the service is not available u til 15 minutes prior to my appointment the call centered had called and told me I couldn’t get my service, although I explained everything I needed and the call center had said that never mind it is ok to just come in. Therefore this had just made me completely frustrated as the communication between the call center and office themselves. However, Marisol and Ashley were the front desk staff and they understood my frustration due to the waste time and drive down to fort myers and they had went above and beyond to try and find a solution for the inconvenience. Even though all this nonsense with the call center had happened Marisol and Ashley were very respectful and delivered great customer service.

Apparently somebody dropped the ball and never contacted me about having cronic kidney and I find out 4 1/2 years later. It's been in my chart since December of 2019 but nobody said anything about it to the patient! This is unacceptable!

I have gotten care from a few physicians with lee health and my experience has been poor. I also been labeled as bipolar by no psychiatrist or psychologist. I been mistreated by a nurse practitioner and recently tried booking a rheumatologist appointment out of desperation and the wait is 7 months now. I went and took my business elsewhere. Their horrible and do the community doctoring in my area. And it is mediocre at best. Pretty sad. Obnoxious. The Nurse practitioner I had said since i know too much about my medical condition and question things that the physicians do they find that disturbing. And it impedes my medical treatment. Since when is knowing too much or enough about your health an issue. I am done with them and only use their urgent care otherwise I will find doctors elsewhere. I went online and found a rheumatologist for a appointment in February 7th that is way better. Thanks Lee health for making it obvious care elsewhere is better. And also I love all the medical notes on my chart that state that I don't look sick. I love how seem to know how I feel inside. Like I don't know my own body!

Hi, OK I’m not big on writing reviews, I’m probably not even gonna be good at it, but I’m just gonna tell you what I feel. after reading the other reviews I actually had to go on Google search to see if we were all talking about the same place !!!My experience was wonderful. I’m not big on going to the doctors, in fact I avoided it till it was unavoidable. I met with Dr. Shawn Steiner Who I absolutely adore. She was so kind and caring, she made me laugh which calmed me. like I said I’m not big I’m going to the doctors or the dentist but this was unavoidable. She listen to everything and placed everything in order that I needed to get done, which was quite a bit.The first appointment I had I missed by accident, but they were so kind. they got me in the following week, thank you Gena. :) I must tell you, everybody was kind in there, I mean absolutely everybody!! They got me in within 10 minutes. Everything ran very smooth in this office. The office is very clean.Its a pretty long drive, about 35 minute, but I would do it again knowing what I know now. trust me when I say you are in good hands with these people, I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. Everybody is so caring. It was a real blessing for me. good luck.

This place is a joke.. I am new to Florida & have been on a certain medication for 18 year's & another one because of my disability.. all that Christina cared about was my meds & telling me I need to seek psychiatric help.. I have been on this medication for 18 year's & never needed to see anyone.. so now because of her I am having withdrawals from my meds & I am very sick.. she complained about MUSCLE RELAXERS.. it's like REALLY.. these people did not take time to get to know me.. they just looked at my meds & made judgement.. I wouldn't take my pet to this place.. didn't ask me anything abouty disability.. SMH. it was all about MEDICINE.. too bad you can't turn these kind of Dr.s in.. I wouldn't even come to this place for anything!!!!!

TERRIBLE!! After 4 years with "Dr"Cuna, I was forced to seek a new Doctor. This guy cares nothing about his patients. It took me years to get the tests I needed. LPG in general is a TERRIBLE group. They care about the group before their patients. If you are less than healthy, seek Doctors outside of LPG. Don't waste years.

My doctor is terrific however the office staff, especially Precious the MA is an absolute liability to the office. As i was in a waiting room i overheard the two medical assistants making fun of paients private messages through my chart. After years of seeing my doctor i am forced to seek treatment elsewhere.

Had a great experience with my first visit. Dr. Cuna is extremely thorough and educational. He also list ned and takes the time to understand your prior history and current situations. The ladies in the office have been great getting me scheduled and checked in.

I’m a recently retired veteran of the U.S. Navy. I went to Lee Health Phys Group at 5225 Clayton Court hoping to get follow on treatment for Service Connected issues. VA is to scary, so I figured I’d get better care out of Civilian Health Care.The systems they use for getting medical records are outdated. They will only accept medical records via fax. I have over 4000 pages of medical documentation from injuries sustained while in the line of duty. I have them electronically but Lee health would not accept them. They then stated that I can print them off and bring them in…. You read that correctly… I either pay $1.25 per page (most of which are two sided) to have my over 4,000 page medical record faxed or I pay to print them out and bring them in so that they can then scan them into their system.I did get to meet my PCM, but she could not offer any help because of the issue of obtaining my medical records.While still in the parking lot, I made 3 phone calls and on my third, found a Doctors office that has current technological capabilities for sending and receiving medical records whilst ensuring HPPA and PII (Privacy Act of 1973) are maintained.I’m sure that Lee Health is fine, but it shouldn’t be so hard to get care just because they have a bunch of old aged patients and doctors who fear change and refuse to update to current systems.I encourage you to find a Doctor who is with the times.
