An absolute waste of time. Do not come here! I've actually been a patient for multiple years, arrived on time. After 25 minutes waiting I was brought up to pay and they tried added a retinal imaging line item in which I declined. My eye insurance covers regular eye exam for $10, contact fitting for $40 (what I expected to pay) and they wouldn't see me without paying a $39 retinal imaging fee. It's important to note that my insurance plan shows the retinal imaging as non covered but up to $39 could be charged so they were trying to charge me the absolute maximum.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Yo Yo Mi Gente Big Shout out to Mrs Perez at Lens Crafters. She is the Manager of the store and went out of Her way to explain not only the process of how they make the glasses but also walked the store with Me and basically helped Me pick a frame that was right for Me after telling Her a story about how they sold Me the wrong frames for transition lenses at another place . That is going above and beyond. Great customer service with a great smile. Service with a smile remember that back in the day!!!!! Ty for providing that for Me. You Guys ROCK!!!!

Lauryc was wonderful to work with! She helped me pick out eyeglasses and sunglasses that fit my face, explained my options clearly so I could make the best choices for me, and answered all of my questions. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my glasses thanks to her help!

I destroyed my glasses, with no backup pair, and Angie and Gabby 100% fixed them. They were super friendly, quick, and didn't charge me. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATE them. Brand new to the area and will do eyes & glasses here going forward. Thank you!!!!!
