We just visited today (3-15) and when we walked in the employee was sitting on the counter playing on his phone. He never acknowledged us. He stayed on the counter, playing on his phone until a group came in and asked him a question. He seemed bothered he had to get down and work. Go elsewhere. We did.

This afternoon the cashier 635824 at 5:52 pm had a very bad service with the customer service without any desire to help he felt disinterested in providing the service and impolite since he was thanked and did not show gratitude, after this bad treatment I felt discriminated against.

This is the 3rd time I came to this location in the mall and they aren’t open! Spoke with a lady who told me that they close randomly all the time. I would highly suggest going somewhere else if you’re looking for a hat because more than likely they won’t be open!

I bought a cap from the mall and it was to big and I have the receipt and they wouldn't exchange it for a smaller size they suck and I will never shop there again

B and Deneka were EXCELLENT! I suddenly suffered a loss of a close friend and my co-worker Frank aka "F" stepped up and was there to help lead me to where I could start the recovery process. The Philly's is F's team, so I wanted to put a message inside the hat for F. I followed B and Deneka's suggestions and they were able to expertly and with much care put my message to F inside the hat. While we were waiting for the machine, they were both extremely personal and a pleasure to talk too. Thank you for your help B and Deneka! I appreciate it!

I came in last week wanting to get a hat custom made for my husband. My phone had died eight before I walked in the store and had no way of showing the employee Bethany (B), but she was so sweet, and looked it up for me. Explained the process in full details. I was having a rough day already and her custom service was amazing!!! Thank you so much B.
