If you require more than very minimal care seek out a different provider. This is a Medspa and Mr Lima only works 3 days a week, offering very limited health services. If you’re seeking Botox or basic care this office will work.
Dr Lima likes to only address one issue per appt even though he’s only there 3 days a week and getting in can be challenging especially if you work. If you express a couple concerns he will force you to choose which he will address, which can come across arrogant and uncaring. He will not order any bloodwork or labs that arent basic (he wouldnt order a CRP which is a basic inflammation test that other PCP routinely order). I’m sure the medspa side is great… just don’t go here if you have any real medical issues. Id imagine this may ultimately convert to just a medspa.
I went here for over a year because all other providers were at a waitlist and he had just opened the office out of med school and was taking patients, but if I could have found anyone else I would have left much sooner. Fortunately I’ve had much better care at a different office with a female primary. She addresses multiple issues and is far more thorough. I really wanted more thorough depth of care personally but Lima could be a good option for someone with simple needs that likes quick turn around for virtual requests.

Dr.Lima is very knowledgeable and smart Doctor. He asks all kind of questions and took his time with me. He is very caring and made me feel so comfortable by addressing to him any concerns I had and he has answers for all of them. He just doesn't prescribe any medication and sent you home with it like many other doctors do.
