I wanted a washer machine. Lowes had on in stock. The associates in appliances were awesome. I was in and out in less than an hours. Just wish I got the 10% Veterans discount but they didn't honor it on appliances. I got a great Whirlpool washing machine for $520 including tax.

Called to set up an appointment to have a hot water heater replaced, evaluation appointment set up for later in the day, ten minutes later get a call back saying they needed to reschedule to Friday because they were all booked up for the day with repairs. Not impressed with customer service. Called a local plumbing company,, were here & completed the task .

I called this store to order bricks and have them delivered. I was shuffled around from lawn and garden to customer service. Both departments said the other was supposed to take my order then customer service told me to order online. I did so and set up a delivery for the weekend. I received and text message asking if Sat was still OK for my delivery. I responded that today would be better. I then got a phone call that they can't deliver on the original day but now wants to push it off two more days because they are 5 orders behind and it would be more convenient for them. WHAT? I guess my convenience does not matter after spending the money on almost two hundred landscaping bricks. I could of went somewhere else to spend my money and next time I will. WAY TO DROP THE BALL LOWES. GIVING YOU ONE STAR WAS ONE STAR TOO MANY. I GUESS SINCE I AM NOT A CONTRACTOR SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, MY CONVENIENCE DOES NOT MATTER. GOOOODBYE.

I bought a water heater from Lowes and was pleased with the savings. I got from them the plumbing company's phone# they recommend, which consequently is the only one, Unique Plumbing. I called to get a quote, which I'd already received one over the phone from another company, locally. They told me that they must come out to my house to look over everything, that there could be issues etc. and that they don't quote over the phone. No problem- however, on the day of the scheduled appointment, which was a 4 hour window, from 8am to 12noon. At 1145am I hadn't heard from them, so I called and they said that they were backed up and that they are going to have to give me a phone quote. 2 hours later, I got the call with the quote $1250... $400 higher than the quote I had. I then pursued a 3rd quote from All Pro Plumbing in Lee County for $775 less than the Lowe's Plumber "Unique". I don't know what constitutes highway robbery, but a 300% difference. Yes I called and talked to the Lowes asst. mgr Rich and explained what happened. He regretted my experience and said he'd check into it.

When I was looking for a item that I couldn’t find Fred and Kennedy asked me if they could help me look for some thing I told them, what I was looking for and they both went out of their way to help me find it.. it happened to be something that their store didn’t have and they told me what other store might have it… Great customer service at Lowe’s. I will definitely shop there first.

If you are considering flooring installation, you need to go through Lowe's! I can't tell you how happy I am with the personal service that I received, from the initial call and measurements to the product selection and payment. I felt like I was working with a small family store- they were very kind and willing to work within my budget and find the product that was perfect for us! Particular shout out to Melissa, Alicia, Sooraj and Mike - top notch customer service!!! We will continue to use you for additional jobs. You are in good hands with Lowe's.

Okay, 9 AM in the morning. Looking around the store for help in the carpet section called customer service on the phone rang 15 times before they picked up, told them they could send an associate back to carpet cutting, please. I need help nice that OK another employee from hardware overheard me. And called the associate that work that area said he was on break. He'd be there in 5 or 10 minutes. I said i could be at home depot in 5 min..so here I sit at home depot right now. Buying my piece of carpet.

I ordered some fence pickets and 2x4 s, screws they wanted 39.00 to deliver. Which I am glad to pay but I look at the order confirmation and it said they will deliver the pickets but I had to pickup the 2x4s and screws. After 15 minutes on hold and 20 minutes of NO help from customer service they said they couldn't get the other items delivered. How stupid do you have to be?????? Now since this review!!! After being a customer for years 5 years ago they closed my account for non payment. This was when they were forcing everyone to go paperless. Now after 5 years they tell me I have a credit to my account for 47 dollars. What I wanted to do with the money. I said send a check because I won't be in their stores anymore. Absolutely insane.

These five stars are for Teresa in the window shades department. She was so patient and kind and helped us for hours, to order the perfect shades for 6 our six windows. I hope the installation will go as well. Thank you so much Teresa…Lowes is lucky to have you!
