Today I went to the store to return a bag I had bought. I had the receipt, but I had forgotten the price sticker. The guy at the checkout was very friendly, but it seems the manager was in a terrible mood and told me that they were going to give me the money back this time, but that I couldn't return any product. I left very unhappy because I always liked coming here because of the friendliness of the workers, and I love the store and its organization, but I don't agree with people who serve the public and don't always know how to put on a smile.

Nice and clean Marshalls. But Marshalls is going to be a more and more shop for females. They gave up their big an tall department for men, the area for men is getting smaller and smaller. And what always stood out was the tools, electronics, suitcase and phone accessories area. It is also getting smaller and smaller from year to year.

Lots of products, customers, and staff manning the cash registers. Mostly organized, and well stocked. Pretty impressive how the fast customers were checking out.
