They put lipstick on a pig!I bought a used Lexus through their sales rep. Gary Fuller. Gary bragged many times that he had been a Certified Technician & this car was in excellent condition. After taking delivery I took the car to a local Lexus dealership to see if it needed any minor work. They told me the power steering pump was leaking profusely & would cost $4,600 to replace! I called Gary to see what they would do to make this right. He referred me to the General Manager, Chris. Chris had a prepared speech for customers like me letting me know that this was an “as is” purchase.Also still waiting for the overcharge reimbursement for plate transfer.

I had the pleasure of working with Kris Waskowski at Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers this past week. He is a very professional salesperson and very knowledgeble in auto sales. He made it very easy for me with the purchase of my vehicle and the whole process at the Dealership was one of the best that I have had over the years. Would highly recommend working with Kris.

Working with Grant was a fantastic experience! He was knowledgeable and passionate about the product and helped show us options we weren't even considering, and ultimately ended up purchasing. We purchased another vehicle from a different Mercedes dealer in town last year and this was a NIGHT AND DAY different experience. This dealership is customer focused and we felt they wanted and appreciated our business. One of the highlights of this whole purchase for me is knowing that I can now work with Grant and the service team at Fort Myers Mercedes on not only my brand new vehicle but the one we purchased last year from the other dealer because I know we're in better hands. The whole process was quick and efficient and Grant went above and beyond to put the paperwork and details together quickly and efficiently. Thank you Grant, we'll be back!

They deal in bad faith. We spent over 3 hours with a salesman over the phone and via text since we’re from out of state, we asked them to hold the car for us since we were reviewing the contract, and they agreed to hold it. We then asked for an updated contract because we wanted to put more money down and no response.. over an hour later we got a text message saying the car was sold to someone else. The salesman then refused to answer our calls or text messages and we spoke to the manager who basically said too bad. Would Recommend buying your car from literally any other dealership.

Grant did a fantqastic job of showing us the differet models and helping us compare our choices. Grant is very knowledgeableon all the details. Grant has a Great personality and is not a pressure salesperson. it was a wonderful car buying experience

I spent a considerable amount of time writing this message. As an individual who values hard work and takes pride in my possessions, I make an effort to keep them in excellent condition. I even keep a microfiber cloth in my car to ensure it stays free from dust, regularly wiping it down. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions, this dealership has vandalized my vehicle I purchased brand new. The fact that I trusted them for the third time only to face disappointment leaves me incredibly upset. To avoid any further misunderstandings, I took photographs of my car before leaving it in their care. Ironically, they managed to damage my center console during their supposedly complementary car wash and vacuum, exactly one year after the last incident, even though it was noted in their computer system not to have my car vacuumed or washed by them!It is disheartening to realize that you pay these individuals and entrust them with your property, only for them to destroy it. The saddest part of my experience is that the dealership has gone as far as accusing me of intentionally scratching my own car in an attempt to humiliate me. Such behavior from the people working at the dealership reflects poorly on their character, and I can no longer have faith in them to handle the maintenance of my car.During a conversation with their Service Manager, Nick, he made it clear that he would only fix my console if I left him a five-star review and called and texted me repeatedly, pleading with me to change my existing review to a five star review. When I refused his request, I was informed that they would not repair it for a third time, as they had already replaced it twice due to their own negligence during the complementary car wash. Frustrated, I brought this matter to the attention of their manager, Todd Voggel. Despite already expressing my desire to never return to their location again to Nick, Todd thought he could hurt me by stating that I am no longer considered a client. Todd, I believe your dealership has tarnished the Mercedes name and that you do not take pride in your job or your dealership. It is ironic how your attempts to manipulate reviews, both through your own and your employees' fabricated five-star ratings, fail to erase the narratives at your dealership. My experience with your establishment has been tarnished not once, but three times. I have included below time-stamped and dated photos depicting the condition of my console when I dropped it off at your dealership and when I picked it up. I would never recommend your dealership to any of my family, friends or clients.

Had a bad buying experience. I called dealer on the 30th and told them I wanted to buy a vehicle they had listed. I asked what additional fees they charged. Sales person said he could t sell me the car because it was the end of the month and I lived out of town. I was willing to pay immediately and have someone pick up the car but he said it wasn’t possible. Said I couldn’t do it because it was the end of the month, if it was the first of the month they could do it. Made no sense to me, figured it had to do with some type of promotion the sales person was in. Then he called and said he could sell me the car. He emailed me the invoice and had tacked on $1800 of fees. When I complained he said he would see what he could do. Then came back and told me someone was test driving the car. I said that was ok and I would buy the car with the included fees anyway. He said he couldn’t sell me the car. Next day he sent me an email to say the car was sold. Very shady. Not what I would expect from a MB dealership. I buy 2-3 cars a year and haven’t experience such a shady operation.

I was a proud owner of a 2022 E350 until I needed a warrantied repair to what seemed like a minor problem. The entry/exit seat adjustment of the drivers seat was not working. I scheduled an appointment (waited several weeks to get the appointment date) and brought the car in. Waited several hours in a pleasant service center waiting area and was told the problem was resolved. The next morning I was disappointed to find the problem was not fixed. I called and was told I would have to bring my car back in and the earliest appointment was 3 weeks wait. I brought the car back in on appointment date and the kept the car for a week. They said it was a electrical computer problem and they were in contact with the service engineers but the problem was now fixed. They stated the service manager had tested the car and the problem was now fixed. The next morning I was disappointed to find the problem still present. I called and was told I would have to bring my car back in and the first appointment was nearly a month wait.I was totally disappointed in the supposed quality and technical expertise of Mercedes cars and technicians and sold the car with only 3200 miles on the odometer. I will never again purchase a Mercedes and would advise prospective buyers to be cautious that servicing a Mercedes could be a problem.

The entire process, I felt like he was genuinely trying to get me the best deal and had my best interest. Thanks God the dealer help me putting a great deal together for me. I am a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers dealer. The whole staff makes you feel right at home with their kindness. I bought another Mercedes Benz today from them, and the whole process was seamless. Every department work with a Swiss whatch precision to say the least. They do an outstanding job caring for the customers. The sales person, Matt Jacobson, Phillip Kuchuk, finance director, Pamela, Chris, Sandra, Cynthia, and those who work behind the scene, the expert mechanics, janitors, cashiers, car wash, courtesy ride drivers, Angela, Gene, The list goes on and on. I did not cover all of them. I am very grateful to all.Furthermore, the main reason I chose Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers is because I have always dream to be like my father.
