Albert Abdo has been absolutely wonderful. I have had 2 advisors prior to him and I did not understand anything that was going on. Either they said “we didn’t need to meet to go over things” or they explained things so complex that I just didn’t understand. I have been so pleased with Albert, he is always reaching out to me to recommend programs that will allow me to capitalize on my money and when he explains things, he makes it so easy to understand and actually SHOWS me on the computer so I can visually follow along (I am a visual learner). Not only is he great at what he does, he makes you so comfortable and has a great demeanor and personality. Highly, highly recommend!

Terrible online and phone service (ie not functioning) and branch closed. Other than that ... fine as long as you don't need to access your money

I love Madoff. He is my biggest role model. He showed me how to rob wall street in a new york minute and keep the funds in off shore accounts like Bimini in The Bahamas. :)

I'm I have also not had a good experience with Merrill Lynch and their reimbursement policy. they have given me the runaround and consequently I am removing all of my funds out of the account

I have not had a very good experience with Merrill Lynch (Callari Group). I was promised a reimbursement for a service that they did not properly explain and neglected to inform me of the cost of the service that I really didn't need. It's been 2 months now all I get is we are looking into it and at this point they do not even take my calls. They are either in a meeting or on vacation and do not call me back. I would not recommend working with this group.
