I went into this store yesterday morning with an issue I couldn't resolve over the phone, but Supervisor Paul and Agent Samantha were great, not only they solved my issue but their whole demeanor was always friendly with a smile on their face..
I love how professional they all are, I've never been to that store and left disappointed because of how I was treated.. although they are just a franchise, you would think it's a corporate office..

Poor treatment by employees7. They sell refurbished phones as new8. Poor 5g service9. Over charge for service10. Slow service even on unlimited plans11. You get second tier service because metro runs on T-Mobile towers and they get priority service12. They lie about their coverage
