This place is a scam. The current promo for the iPhone 12 and SE watch claims it has no activation fees. Yet my wife just had to pay $290 due to 2 $37 activation fee for each device.

When I tell you this is the worst store I've ever been to. They lie and have no idea what they are doing. I went twice, thinking the second time would be better, but IT WAS NOT! LOL they are a mess.

I was in this store this afternoon and left outraged after being verbally assaulted by a female employee with a "Faith" tattoo on her forearm. After walking in and expressing to her that I was having a difficult day, she proceeded to help me reset my 8-digit pin. When I inquired about the port-out pin, she explained that I would have to go to the main store. Keep in mind, I had already been on the phone with 611 for over an hour. I was upset to learn I would have to drive to yet another location. At this point, she began to giggle at my situation. I asked her, "Do you really need to giggle?" She then yelled profanities at me and waved me out of the store. It is truly disgusting how some people can't be decent human beings with empathy. Needless to say, I will never return to that low-life store.

Came in due to my apps not working and thankfully Shirlene was there to assist me. Very good customer service and the type of patience she has i pray she exceeds to a manager she deserves it. She knew all her customers snd was fast and nice. Way to go
