I came to this store, the employee wanted me to pay for mandatory accessories and insurance, each device was going to be $280 . She said if i didn't get the accessories and insurance she wont sell it to me.. really disappointed how she was treating costumer , she call the owner and the owner said that the price is right even though is free on the metropcs website..

Brought my unlocked phone to be activated. Gentleman who helped me was friendly and very helpful. The store looked clean and I was happy with my visit.

This store sold me what they say is insurance for 4 phones that's $20 a month extra I have been paying for almost a year. Come to find out I had to file a claim for 2 of my phones thinking I had insurance which I had been paying because they are selling this security bundle as insurance which actually isn't insurance at all. My claim was denied and now basically screwed because of the either lack of knowledge of the product they are selling or just robbing there customer's so they can make a extra commission on the extras they sell I'm not sure! But all I know is they have wasted my time basically they have stole money from me because of not having insurance that I was told I had and even reassured me that I had 3 times by me going back in the store and asking the lady that was in the store. They are the worst! And should be shut down! I am now trying to get this resolved and next will be the Better Business Bureau from misleading there customer's and selling false product to me!

Walked in to purchase 2 new iPhone 11's today. We were not greeted nor acknowledged. We stood there for about 5 minutes in plain view of customer service reps who were helping other people and only speaking Spanish. Finally walked out unacknowledged. $2,000+ sale lost to T-Mobile corporate store down the street.

Terrible service. Went to go pay my bill and I ended up waiting 30 mins while the employee catered to one customer. 3 more customers came in and left. No apology or anything. I went up to the counter to ask a a question and the employee just put her hand up and started speaking in Spanish . Turns out she doesn't even speak English. Don't go to this store. You'll just waste your time and become frustrated.

Lied to me about a phone i asked about so i bought it and then told me 2 days later i couldnt return the phone and admitted about certain problems people were having with the phone. I definitely wouldnt recommend going to this location.

Seriously they would not take quarters to pay a phone bill it was three dollars in quarters which was the charge that they gave me because they're just an authorized dealer. Thank goodness there was a lady in line with a kind heart to help me out my situation.
