I came in today and drove from lehigh because lehigh's stores always seem to be downhill. I'm so glad I chose this one! Pedro was awesome!!! At first they didn't have the phones in stock that we wanted so he called and had the two phones brought there from bonita springs. They were there within 20 minutes. We got two new phones and a tablet and he looked for any ways to help me save money and overall he was wonderful. I'm very happy and will definitely be back! ❤️?

No stock available I kept asking for my upgrade price an he kept charging me full price some of his signs are outdated and say old cheaper prices and he's upedd the old prices on old phones they should be cheaper then new ones if I could report your store for fraud I would

EXCELLENT SERVICE, by Pedro. Flipped one button and fixed my phone. Very knowledgeable, he's a keeper. We will go back to this store when we need a new phone and recommend this store to others.

Brent and Kevin are very helpful in every question I had. Sequoia is very helpful as well. Total 100% professionals who do all they can for their customers. I've been a Metro PCS member since 2007 and have never had an issue. Highly recommend.

POORLY RAN! The managers are TERRIBLE at this location. If you go here look for padro he's the only person who actually knows what's going on and cares to help you. The couple managing this location needs to be replaced. I went in 3 times to get a tablet that they couldn't scan in for some reason. (They didn't know how to add it to inventory) I was told by the male manager that a new shipment would be coming in the 2nd time I went in but I'd have to come back later in the day. That's fine but I asked for a phone call when they did so I could come back. He never called 3 days go by and I went in the 3rd time.... They had come in with no communication from the manager who specifically said he'd call me.
