I sold one of my vehicles back to the dealership and needed to remove that vehicle off our insurance. At Michele Losapio Agency, I was assisted by Julian Cevazos. I found Julian to be personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in making the necessary adjustments to our policy. Julian took the time to explain everything in detail, reviewed my new coverage with me, reviewed our new premium amounts, suggested ways to reduce the premium, and made helpful suggestions throughout the conversation. In addition, Michele stopped in to make sure everything was going well and took the time to discuss matters unrelated to insurance coverage which I thought was very nice. Kudos to Julian, Michele, and State Farm.

The staff at this Location are absolutely awesome! Each time the Agents would review my policy to make sure that all of my auto discounts were applied which was a big sometimes.The communication and the follow-up after is great. Monique, you are awesome! Thank you for being very professional.

Sarah Bernhard and the whole team at Michele Losapio State Farm insurance are just amazing. I got many quotes recently as my coverage is about to change dramatically as I have twin teenagers about to get their licenses. Anyway, everyone I have spoken to their has provided amazing customer service. They've been very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. From a customer service standpoint you can't ask for more as a customer. I got many quotes and spoke to many other agents and I can tell you that they by far were the best to work with. That is why I now have my coverage with this office. I'd highly recommend them as they know their stuff and will treat you right!

I was originally with a different agency, but when my agent, Sarah, moved to a different State Farm, I followed. She has by far been the best with communication and finding me (and my whole family now) the best policies for us at a reasonable rate. She is the absolute best agent!
