Warranty Review: A+
This is a follow-up review. I had my 2013 Ford Focus SE serviced by Modern Auto Air in March 2025 for an A/C compressor replacement and had a great experience. Nine months later, I returned due to a sudden A/C failure, still within the 1-year warranty period, and they honored it fully. They went above and beyond in every way, and the service was handled exceptionally well. This experience speaks volumes about how ethically they operate. This is the only place I trust for my car’s A/C, and I will continue doing business with them.

Truly blown away by their customer service. I brought my 2012 Kia soul in for an ac issue and they identified the problem within 15 mins and had the fix already loaded and ready to go. It was the same issue that another company had already “fixed”. Long story short, rather than charging me to replace the piece that would fix my ac, they decided to just go ahead and show me what it was and how I could do it on my own to save a buck before the holidays. They already had a customer for life, but now it’s guaranteed. I will NEVER bring another ac problem to another shop.

Modern Auto Air is fast, friendly and reliable. Lyle knows auto Ac better than anyone I have ever taken my car to. Their prices are very fair and accurate to only what you need done. They do not upsell or make you pay for anything you don't need. Highly recommend! And the AC is COLD!

They fixed Sandy Glenton’s, my mother in law, air conditioning in her car. They did a wonderful job in a short period of time and even cleaned her car really well before they gave it back to her. Giving them a HUGE shout out from her!!! Thank you!

I had an awesome experience with them. I have a 2020 expedition and it was going back and forth to the dealer we bought it from because the car kept losing Freon. We were recommended to go to them and I would absolutely tell everyone to do the same for your a/c needs. We dropped our car off at the end of the day when they were about to close. The following day they had the car diagnosed and repaired by 2:30. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with extremely nice and professional.

Number 1 love the dog they had there the day i needed my AC fixed. Such a patient pup just waiting for the chicken nuggets to arrive. Second, everyone here is kind hearted and friendly. They give options and get straight to the point about what is going on. Absolutely love the no beating around the bush conversation. Highly recommended
