“In my move to FL, I was looking for a moving company and this one had the best reviews in my area. Luke, Andres & Bertrand showed up on time and ready to go. I had four PODs (smaller ones) to unload and they were quick and efficient. They handled everything with care and made me laugh during the stressful move. They were able to put together my kids triple bunk bed, something I don’t have enough hands for and the three of them work together so well and I cannot say enough good things about them! Would use them for every move in the future and request these guys!”

John and the rest of the crew packed and moved everything as if it was their own, including disassembling furniture and removing items attached to the wall. The value they brought to our lives is worth 3 times what was charged!”

“We were impressed with the overall business model. Our first visit was to review the furniture items being moved. It involved a brief conversation and discussion of some of the important pieces. Maybe 20-30 minutes tops. The estimator knew the exact number of boxes we would need even though we were handling the packing of same. Our proposal was received the same day. We had one other bid that was $200 less but Ray's came through with an itemized list of our belongings. Aside from a few minor changes we made, Ray's proposal package provided a complete picture of what we needed. We requested crating and the day of the move they showed up prepared. Our team consisted of the 3 J's (highly recommend these 3) and they were awesome, professional and respectful, engaging and all 3 had a great sense of humor. We had a great day together. We watched the 3 work independantly but supported each other. There was never an idol mombent. The truck was a great set up as well (maybe hydraulics), very impressive and we were not concerned about the road trip. At the end of the day, we were thrilled to have worked with Ray's team and would recommend their services any time.”

And again five star for for Tontae! He did fabulous work! Good communication and got the job done quickly and efficiently!
However, as far as pods go, the other pod leaked and ruined quite a bit of stuff! I would never use them again. The one kid who dropped it off put it in a place where it flooded and had to be moved. And then the POD company would not come out and move it so the contractor moved it and damaged The second pod which rendered it unusable and in the way for months”

“JW Cole and Sons is a fantastic mover! We moved from Ft Myers to Minneola FL and had to put our furniture in storage for 2 months until our house was complete. They were able to store it in Air Conditioned storage and delivered it in great condition to us. Their moving team is very responsive and do a fantastic job from quoting the move to delivering and unpacking the furniture. There were no surprises and we are so happy we used them. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mover!”

They picked up the chairs, wrapped them securely and located another company to handle the final few miles of the delivery and placement of the chairs in our home. “Contracted with U-pack that uses ABF Freight. Dropped off a cube to our home in Mishawaka Indiana and picked up cube when we were finished loading the cube. We were not billed until ABF picked the cube from our starting location. A week later ABF dropped off in Florida. Our kids loaded the cube and we hired a company to unload. Within a day after dropping cube off in Florida, we called ABF and they picked up the cube the following day. Any question I had u-pack answered. ABF placed the cube in the exact place we wanted. Their employees were kind and easy to work with. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!!”

I called them “my angels” because I needed them at a very specific day and time and they made it work!My valuables were treated with the best care and they worked efficiently.Only issue—- the invoice that was emailed was $150 higher than I was originally quoted over the phone and when I called to ask why he did say “well you need a truck, right?” So just ask more questions. Yes I need a truck and I assumed that was included in my original quote.I would still hire them again. They are professionals.”
