“I think they really should extend the time of returns sometimes you don't have enough time to even watch the movie for some other issues came up or you can't make to 5he redbox by 9pm or you got there & there was a long line before you so by the time it was your turn it was already 9:01pm & for 1 or 2 minutes you are charged for another day, incredible!!! I believe the should at least be extended to midnight 12PM for that's when that day ends, but they have 9PM. I don't think that 8s really fair to the wide range of loyal customers and all actually. I understand we get discount but those aren't covering the next day charge or received every week, plus there are lots of people who rent up to 5 disc, so what does 50 cents or a $1 do when you are recharged for an extra day. Well I could say more, but I'll just end with this, with the money redbox is making with so many boxes around the USA they can afford to make new & better changes, like the return time, better discounts and awards.
