The fragrances are incredible, but not overwhelming strong. The shampoos lather very well. Only a few strokes are needed. The conditioning bars need more strokes, but last twice as long. I love these products especially for traveling!

The customer service was wonderful. It was my first time at the store and I was immediately asked if I'd like to try a scrub. I washed my hands with the scrub and I LOVED IT. I will definitely be buying more products in the future.
