I called and asked if they sell stamps. The girl said "we do" but it sounded like a question. I asked her to clarify and she hung up on me. Was that totally necessary??? I will not shop here if that one small question could provoke such negative behavior. The pool of available workers with manners must be very small.

Jacob and Jill helped me with my purchase today and I'm very satisfied. Traded in my old printer and got a great deal. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would recommend shopping here!

Andrea or whoever the manager/shift leader on duty was right now at 4:05pm, August 25th doesn’t deserve a 1 star, deserves a 0 for being extremely rude when trying to get a simple clarification as tho why they weren’t matching office depots own invoice in store after confirming they would.
Worst of all in front of my 10 year old who is standing there in shock as to how we are being treated.

Absolutely horrible service. Came here three days in a row there’s no one working the printing area the manager doesn’t know how to do her job. If you ask her if there’s someone working she says the computers are down to excuse the fact that there’s no one that could help us. She said the computers were down three days in a row and that the tech guy was here three days in a row which is a lie again. We’ve waited here hours waiting for someone to come there’s a store full of workers but no one working the printer department. Yesterday we came and there was a line of people waiting and once the manager saw the computers magically started working again. Absolutely horrible workers and customer service. Manager needs a new job.

The biggest scam in the entire world is to pay 0.68 cents per PAPER that’s insane!!!!! It used to be 0.25 cents per paper. Just another greedy company overcharging consumers for the most minimal things to make as much profit as possible. Don’t bother printing here just buy yourself a printer you’ll save more money.

Been printing with them for over 4 years and in the past year costumer service has gotten worse every time I walk in. I’ve spent over thousands of dollar at the specific store because I own a business that requieres a lot of prints weekly, some workers have been taking care of me for years and since a year ago these people just don’t care, they let me walk out with no help every time and I gotta run to Staples to get my jobs done. Won’t come back. Guess y’all don’t appreciate long time costumers.

In the College Parkway Store yesterday. Worst customer Service experience ever and it came from the Manager! After reading these reviews and some over on Yelp, seems I'm not the only one who received less than acceptable treatment. Wow.

Received good help but learned one item I was needing was not stocked. l have used this Office Depot since the '80s and always receive personal assistance.
