Came in Saturday morning to return things from Amazon. Not sure how to get labels. I do not have printer. Amaya was very helpful in helping me printing out correct labels while multitasking with other customers. She’s a very valuable employee and great attitude with a smile?Worth her weight in gold?

Amaya is absolutely amazing. She helped me with so much patience and knowledge. I also observed her assisting four others ahead of me and she was fantastic. She has assisted me before many times.

Post office is cheaper,around the corner. Another pack and send nearby does an excellent job.

Absolutely horrible. Switched my table with another customers furniture. Now can’t get resolution 3 weeks later. The girl who took my call was extremely rude. She could not answer my question so she just hung up on me!!

Package Hub Business Centre on McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers Florida.With everything that has gone on in the world the past few years, kindness and patience have been thrown out the window. It was refreshing and warming that Erin was all not only friendly, kind, helpful and funny, she was genuine, I didn't feel like I was inconveniencing her by using their service( as most places you feel that way now a days).THANK YOU ERIN!!!! :)

I was just in to mail a package and had THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD at any business or store. Ms Erin Smith was friendly ,helpful and informative on her products. She was hustling, doing the work of 2-3 employees, with a smile on her face. I sure hope her manager appreciates her hard work and cheerful way with the customers .

Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! 5 stars aren’t nearly enough to offer the PackageHub Business Centre that’s located on McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers Florida. Ms. Erin Smith is a rockstar.Their business motto, “Super-Star Customer Care—we focus on saving you time and money by ensuring you get the right products and services at the right price—in a single, quick visit”. Is absolutely correct! All of those points were spot on with such a friendly and welcoming attitude. Erin deserves a medal of excellence in customer service!

Erin is one of my favorite people in the world! She treats me and every person that walks in like a million bucks! She knows people are busy she doesn't make you wait...ever! I absolutely hope she never goes anywhere! One of my favorite businesses in this town- I'm so thankful i can do my online shopping and when something doesn't fit i email Erin the return label and she has it ready with a smile when i walk in the door!
