Wonderful shop! Been a semi regular there for years. It is a high end consignment shop. Which I appreciate, high end designer clothing at a discount. Some think it's not discounted enough, although if you were buying the same labels new, you would know what a bargain the prices are. Staff, very nice, helpful if needed but don't hover while shopping. I also appreciate that, I never leave empty handed loving my purchases. Thank you!

This resale shop is clean , people are nice, they have nice stuff!! It’s definitely worth stopping in and checking it out! High end purses, sunglasses, clothes

Unfortunately, my first experience with this consignment store will also be my last. I dropped off several high ticket items and was with the lady as she spent over an hour inspecting each piece. Fast forward to almost a month later I get a phone call that I dropped off a pair of pants that were damaged. I was told that the tear in the pants were dropped off in that condition which it is impossible as the lady took over an hour inspecting each piece. My pants were unfortunately damaged while in their possession. If I were to guess, someone tried on my pants and they were too small, so they were torn on the side of the upper part of my pants. They refused to compensate me for my pants, being ruined under their care. and continued to put the blame on me. Unfortunately, I will never be doing business with them again and have advised my clients and friends to take their consignment items elsewhere.

Bonnie (the owner) is a gem.I came here back in 2019 to go dress shopping for my upcoming Miss Teen USA pageant and Bonnie helped me find all my dress needs.Since then I’ve had the pleasure of revisiting her lovely boutique and finding all I might need.If Bonnie isn’t working that day you’re still always greeted warmly by the staff behind the counter.I highly recommend Once Again Boutique next time you’re in need of beautiful clothes!
