Great experience today with Juanita! The entrée my wife wanted wasn't available, so she ordered something else. 5 minutes later, Juanita was at our table with the correct item, at no additionalcost. Now, that's excellent customer service!

Toenail in my kung Pao chicken!!!! This is the nastiest thing I have ever experienced!!!!! I literally crunched down on something hard and took it out my mouth and it was a mans chopped off toenail!!!

Not happy with my order. I came 50 mins before closing and the staff was more concerned about cleaning then getting my order correct. I had burnt chicken egg roll, the fried rice was awful I ended up throwing it away. She didn't put any napkins or sauce packets in the bag as requested. And I didn't get my honey walnut shrimp. I ordered a bigger plate and the servings of my double orange chicken filled only one small portion of the plate. Not happy about my wasted money tonight.
