This was my first time at this particular salon.Wendy was my stylist a month ago. My hair was below my shoulders and hadn’t been dyed in Some time. Even though I showed her three pictures of how long I wanted my hair to be, She cut it too short at the sides, framing my face. The hair dye job was the worst ever! My hair has come out much better even with over-the-counter hair dye. My hair is now three different colors! Dark brown in the back, grayish in some areas and light brown in other areas. Horrible! She also cut my bangs uneven. I didn’t notice initially, what a terrible job she did and I did like the layers. I was also overcharged for the services. She charged me $175 for a cut and a single color. Which I requested to be medium golden brown. I just looked at their price menu for a cut and a single color. They totally overcharged me! When I called today to speak with an owner or a manager, the person who answered the phone wanted details. I wanted to give those details directly to the manager or owner. I wanted to be sure I wouldn’t be put through to just another employee on the phone pretending to be a manager or owner. So I hung up. Stay away from this place! They suck!

I found Chris Sullivan and he’s easily the best barber I’ve had. He listens, gives clean, precise cuts (fade and shape-up were perfect), and takes time to get the details right. Friendly, punctual, and the shop is clean.

Went today for a pedicure for the first time in years. Amanda did an amazing job. Will definitely be treating myself more often.

Ladies ladies ladies!!! Let me tell you about Perceptions and let me tell you about their customer service! I work in a store at merchants crossing and had the chance to meet Jan (a stylist) who works at Perceptions, and she was so kind, generous and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the issues I was having with my hair and she said “NO WORRIES”, she walked me to Perceptions where I was met by a staff of amazing women and they helped me not only restore my issues but continue to check on me! Please gone Jan at Perceptions you will NOT be disappointed!

Had a lovely experience at this salon. Samantha was my stylist and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had some suggestions, and together we came up with a style I could easily maintain. I absolutely love my cut! She spent time while she was drying /styling my hair to give me tips on how I can accomplish the look at home and I left confident that I could manage it. And I can! The salon is very nicely put together, the other employees/ stylists were friendly and it was immaculate. I would definitely recommend Samantha and this salon.

I wear my hair in a side part with angled bangs, I went in for a bang cut. I’ve been growing my hair for over two years so I suggested she clip the side I didn’t want cut but she said she didn’t need to. Well guess what, I have a chunk of my hair on the opposite side of my bangs that is about 1” long. I’m mad every time I look in the mirror. It will take years to grow that out. I used to recommend this salon to people in my community but not anymore.

The owner, Susan, was great about getting me in at the last minute with a wonderful stylist named Dena.
The salon has a calm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was warm and friendly.
Dena was easy to talk to and gave me the style I was looking for. I will definitely book with her again.

I am so glad I finally found a hairdresser I can trust! Since Susan had been cutting my hair I can honestly say I have not once had the urge to dash out for a quick trim. I will patiently wait for my appointment as I know it will be just the style I want. She really knows how to draw out my best look!.

I WILL NEVER USE LORI AT PERCEPTIONS SALON EVER AGAIN. She has no regard for her loyal customers. I have been a regular client of LORI at this salon for over 6 years. On Thursday I had my hair cut & Colored & She put 4 strands of sparkle in my hair the bill was over $100 & I always give her a 20% tip. 2 Days later I go back to her for her to add a few more sparkles in my hair, which would have taken maybe 10-15 minutes. She says "I am too busy, I got a foil job & a cut to do, sorry." She didn't even ask me if I could wait and she could squeeze me in. Well after being a good client of hers for over 6 years and tip her very generously, I think she could have inconvenienced herself just a little. Lori at Perceptions Salon will never see me again.
