Not only did we find everything we were looking for but their staff was amazing. They helped with the Fido tag after it was completed. We couldn't figure how to take it out. They did it for us and they even placed on the new collar we just bought. That is service. Thank you!!!! You made our day

Worst customer service ever. Rude employees, won’t honor sales they are advertising and have no idea about some of the animals that have. I will never return to this store even for the simplest pet supply. Thx

Worked with trainer Nancy to help my dog Blinkie with her Good Citizenship training. Can not say enough good things about everyone at Petco and especially Nancy. You could tell right away that Nancy knew how to train. She was patient with both my dog and me as well. She made training fun and Blinkie loved it. Everything was well organized and all the training methods were well described and all the do’s and dont’s explained. Blinkie learned so much in a short amount of time. During the training every employee at Petco got involved as needed and helped make the experience successful. If I wasn’t heading back north I would take Blinkie there every week just for the fun. Thank you Nancy and Petco for everything!!!!!!

I am a door dash driver and today I picked up 3 different orders from this store that were merchant orders. This means that the customer ordered off the website not Door dash I am a expectant mother and can handle my orders without a problem. But after delivering 4 boxes of cat litter and a 36lb bag of dog food and also a 12 pack of canned dog food to 3 homes that were a well above a half a million dollar homes I got only 13 dollars so I contacted door dash and I was told that when it comes from the merchant that the employees steal the tips that customers leave for the delivery driver!!!!! I am disgusted with this and really disgusted with Petco and there employees that steal from us delivery people.... I feel that we make it possible for your store to get more sales out because we can help and then the nerve of this whole situation really disgusts me. I will never shop at another Petco and I will be speaking to an attorney to protect us delivery drivers in the future.
