Not a good selection for canned cat food. Plus, I didn't see any notices that I had to bring my own bags for merchandise. I didn't appreciate being asked to purchase a plastic bag at the register so I didn't purchase the bag.

Our first visit to a PETCO groomer. Ren/Ran did a phenomenal job!! They were so patient and kind with our pups. We gave 4 stars because the cashier Maya was so rude and unhelpful. She overcharged us, refused to explain why the total was so much more expensive, and then hid in the back when we tried to get it fixed. Holly came to the rescue and was a big help!

After having issues with fish I got from PetSmart I came to Petco to find out how to save the rest of my fish in my aquarium. I was greeted by Maddy she was very informative and extremely helpful . She showed me exactly what I needed to save my fish . She was a lifesaver (literally) . She was very knowledgeable about many different types of fish .. after my tank was safe and ready to add more fish I returned to this same store just so that I could have Maddy help me to make sure I made the right choice as to what fish to add to my aquarium. All of my fish are happy and healthy. Thank you Maddy for your help. I truly do appreciate your help. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of how helpful you were..

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Groomers kept dog for over 4.5 hours. When my dad dropped off his dog he was told it would take 3-4 hours. My dad Went to see if dog was ready after 3.5 hours and was told he was bathed and not clipped. Spoke with Megan who was rude, did not try to de-escalate situation and said if he wanted him done faster he should have paid for VIP service. Dad left and we waited for text that came an hour later. Went to pick up the dog and no one was there to great us. Stood there for another 5 min when cashier said she had our ticket and once we paid she would get the dog. I asked to speak with manager because she tried to explain that grooming takes 3-4 hours. I said I understand but it’s been 4.5 hours almost 5. I have used Petco for several grooming for my own dog and dad had as well. Never had to wait this long before. I don’t understand how you can tell me that if I pay extra the job takes 1.5 hours but if you pay regular fee it’s 2-3 times that?We paid she got the dog and said that the dog was no longer welcome to be groomed there which was fine because after this episode would not be back anyway. Cashier stated that dog had to be bathed 3 times which is why it took so long. Maybe if he wasn’t left in the cage for hours he wouldn’t need to be bathed repeatedly. This was not the fault of the cashier who repeatedly apologized for the situation.After we got dog home you could see he was clipped a couple of times and cut was rushed and done poorly. Clearly did not care for dog in a manner that I or my dad would want his fur baby treated. Very disappointed and will not bring my dog there either to be groomed anymore.

Everyone is so friendly, they treat my dog as if it were their own! ? they offer endless pet supplies, shot vet goes there to administer vaccines to your pet and you can love on the animals (from the window) while you wait for you pet to be groomed!

There is product everywhere in the aisles but your shelves are empty. Your associates don’t step aside for customers trying to navigate the aisles. Most don’t even engage. This has been happening since Covid. I understand the logistics nightmare that Covid caused and then hurricane Ian. At some point you have to adapt, adjust, overcome.also if I bring my own bag your checkout people just leave my purchases on the counter and look at me or away from me. I guess if I don’t buy your bag you can’t put my purchases in my bag?

They always take such good care of my baby! He only goes to get his nails clipped and he is very difficult but the staff is all so amazing!

We were charged a $10 fee for groomer having to "pick up scissors", in which we did not realize that using scissors was not included in the base price of $55 and cost an additional $10. The manager was not very clear when explaining this, and we left rather confused about the additional fee. She then banned us from the store. Luckily there are cheaper options available close by.

I would like to thank Nicole for going out of her way to help me with my Petco account. I was going to cancel it until she took the extra time to get on the phone with corporate and fix my account. I have been in there several times and Nicole is a tremendous multitasker with a super positive attitude and she knows everything and I mean everything about that store.Your extremely lucky to employ such a hard working and passionate employee.Thank you Nicole! You rock!

I shop regularly at Pet Supply Plus. They carry a variety of pet foods many not available elsewhere that I prefer.Store is always clean, well stocked and staff is friendly and helpful.

Great store, very clean and organized. Andy in grooming did a fantastic job with my grand puppy, she truly loves her job and takes great care of your pets. Keep up the great job!!!
