Came here and had the greatest time and my niece were playing hide-and-seek and all the aisles. What a blast staff is absolutely wonderful. Above and beyond. God bless you guys all thank you

Just purchased a new dog collar from this petco. Store was a shambles, stuff everywhere. At the register they wanted $.10 for a bag...ok, whatever. Got the collar home and it was too small. Ran in to exchange it for the right size, same price. Girl at checkout said that will be a penny please. ?? I said, a penny? How is that? She said it's one cent please...mind you this collar was $50!! Crasy. I had to run out in the pouring rain to get a penny. Great customer service Petco! Guess you guys need every cent.

we have had our Morky groomed by Eric a couple of times and by Petco in KC a couple of times, no issues. Period. Last yr, Eric wasn't available, we met Erin, we were there for a face, Fannie, pedi, no bath, no full grooming, she put a choker leash on my Morky, I asked her not to, explaining she's not ever worn a choker leash before, that if she pulls ,it will choke her.Erin said ALL dogs wore the leash walking into the kennels, I told her they've always carried her, she refused. I offered our harness, she refused. When we came to pick her up the first thing Erin told me was that my Morky choked on the grooming table, I had told her she would try and sit down after a while. She told me I should get her throat checked out.A yr later..I made an appt with Eric.. ERIN scheduled, she said they would need updated shot records, no problem. After arriving, my husband was told by ERIN (after driving 45 min to appt),there's a note saying we need a certificate from the vet stating her esophagushas been checked. Even though We had her certificate of health. My Morkys only health problem that day was ERIN.Petco...you have a problem!!!This is the first time I've ever met a dog groomer that's Clearly NOT a dog person

So pretty much the same thing as most Petcos laid out similarly. Did have ferrets at this location, that seemed to be doing a lot of scratching and the one ferrets ears looked a little red so they might want to check into that.

Went in last night about my dog to see if I could get something for her and unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed but the girl was super helpful and friendly. She took her time even though it was getting close to closing time and tried her best to help me and even took five minutes just to talk to me. Sometimes that’s all a person needs when they’re going through a difficult time. She had short dark hair I don’t know her name but thanks for taking the time to help me!

I am truly disappointed with the management at this Petco location. It seems that every time I visit, essential items are out of stock and the shelves appear barren. Furthermore, the staff consistently falls short of being helpful or knowledgeable about the products they sell. The only reason I’ve continued to frequent this store is its proximity to my home. However, after repeated negative experiences, I’ve decided it’s time to make the switch to PetSmart. This Petco has unfortunately turned into a shadow of its former self. What a letdown.

This store is run by a bunch of know-it-all, inconsiderate, and down right disrespectful employees. The “fish expert” refused to sell me a 29 cent gold fish because she thought she knew the type of aquariums and equipment I had at my house. I tried explaining to the know-it-all that the fish was starting in a small tank and then I would be increasing the size of the tank while the fish grew into it. But she didn’t listen or that answer didn’t suffice for her. She sneered at me and told me she wouldn’t sell me any of the fish. I asked to speak to the manager, but the sneering employee informed the manager of the situation and that manager wouldn’t sell me a gold fish either. Only wanted to sell me a beta fish, which I was not interested in. Very strange situation as I’ve never been denied buying a goldfish before, for any reason. Took my business to PetSmart rather than dealing with those folks anymore. Congrats on losing a regular customer.

After spending over $250 on pet food and supplies. I was asked to purchase a bag to carry my purchases in. Ok I get if they are trying to eliminate plastic but every single item I purchased has plastics in the packaging. The fish container the Beta was in has enough plastic to make a dozen bags the as well as the plastic wrap around the dog toys and the lust goes on. If you want to convert to all reusable containers and biodegradable packaging I can respect that but the look at me I've saved to world by stopping plastic bag use is just plain wrong. They don't donate or use the purchase of the bags for anything other than their profit margin.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Never stepping foot at this particular petco location for a grooming again. My golden doodle was brought in by my mom both Saturday and Sunday. Twice. Saturday she was scheduled for a bath and Erin told my mother that Sophie (my doodle) was matted. Which was no problem, she proceeded to reschedule for Sunday for a full grooming. When we brought her in on Sunday she told my mom in a very rude manner that she had told her she needed to go to a vet to get her haircut there instead. Erin lied about that and her tone was boarder line disrespectful and gave my mom attitude for absolutely no reason. She needs a training on customer service and on kindness. If your employees do not wish to groom a particular dog breed then just state so. Instead of wasting our time not once but TWICE. Two missed appointments because of a lack of communication & on top of that being treated rudely.

Isabelle goes for her bath and nail trim every two weeks and cannot wait to se her favorite person Deanne. She takes such great care of her and you can see it. Wouldn’t take her anywhere else!

Well I just had one of the lowest IQ conversations, I think ever.. going in for my usual 10 crickets, (as I have for the past year at this location) i was greeted by the lady at the front and asked if she could help me. i said sure i need 10 medium crickets in which she replied "sorry i can only do bags of 5, 20, or 40" im like since when... i was here last week and they gave me 10 and the week before they gave me 8 etc, etc. she says "its policy sorry" i go okay great then ill take 2 bags of 5, in which she replies "sorry your only allowed one" like WHAT???? Am i cutoff from crickets?? i went over my limit?? Like do i need to buy a bag walk back out and then walk back in and buy another????? Anyways, i went to another lady and asked for crickets in which she gave me the same speech. i said fine ill take the bag of 5, she went to the back did her thing and gave me a bag of 5. i asked my friend who i went with to go ask for a bag of 5 as well in which this new lady replies "oh thats a nice loophole" like bruh what is this??? its petco... im buying crickets... literally something that occupies 30 seconds of my life every 2 weeks. Nothing more needs to be said discussed or thought out. thats it..... i do not have the time of day or brain energy to argue and debate the proper cricket count on what costs $1.80...... Figure you cricket problem out PETCO... and tell your employees to stop drinking the koolaid

Pet con is just as bad as pet shart. They both have way overpriced items and when there is ever a bogo, they take the lowest prices. Always out of stock and beg you to donate... probably to them. I wish there were more options. Going to start making my own dog food and the like. Also, you have to pay attention to pricing. The register and tag are different a lot.
