I brought my mom here for a haircut with Sara Jordan in suite 105. The facility itself is super clean with calming aesthetics. A stone framed floor to ceiling waterfall greets you upon entry. An amazing floral scent fills the air. There are many other suites currently offering hair styling, nails, eyebrow sculpting, body sculpting, waxing, permanent makeup, hair braiding & extensions, men's barbers, and tattoo removal. We found Sara via a Groupon deal and were quite pleased with her work. My mom got a wash, cut, and blow and she absolutely loves her haircut. Sara was very pleasant and we did not feel rushed at all. She gets all the stars!! :-)

This place looks very beautiful. It was my 1st experience there and I absolutely love it. I purchased a Brazilian wax by Steff's Beauty and she was very nice and gentle with me. I will definitely be returning.

"BROCK EPP... WHATEVER THE EFF HIS LAST NAME IS" needs to go back to school immediately. My hair is not hard. Blonde ok?! Everyone can do balayage nowadays. EXCEPT THIS MAN. One of his specialties is color correction... I spent $200 color correcting his mistakes! Long story short... Coronavirus has been hard. I haven't been getting my hair done, there are other, more important expenses right now. BUT... I made the President's List at my University and so my mom wanted to treat me to getting my hair done! How sweet?! I love her. My girl is busy so she found "Brock". Referred to her by a male friend whom she plays volleyball with lol. My mom and I had an appointment at 2:30 to both get our hair colored and cut. After an HOUR of him talking b******** trying to convince my mom she HAD to do a balayage because NO ONE is doing full high lights anymore, he started on both of our balayages. (She was very hesitant to change it up. Even if it is very popular, she is very plain and has been getting her hair done the same way for decades... let the woman live, she knows what she likes.) He starts on my hair first insisting color was the way to go, not bleach. "Interesting," I thought. Considering my stylist always uses bleach, not color. But what the hell... my mom was treating me so I trusted him and his experience (or so I thought!). He then uses bleach on her hair. Time to rinse, and I'm up first. He then seats me in the chair to get my hair cut. Honestly, he did an ok job cutting my hair, ALTHOUGH HE DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE CUT, but we will get there. Brock starts my cut, but then it's time to rinse my mom. So 10 or so minutes pass by, my hair is drying and the color starts to reveal itself. Inside I started to die. Completely hideous!!! I could immediately tell. I didn't want to be rude so I just started to signal to my mom I needed to get out of there ASAP lol. I was like, "Just get me out of here I will go get it fixed by my girl!!" And thank God I did. Luckily, I texted her pics and she felt my pain, so she fit me in and SAVED MY LIFE. (Also, just for reference... after I got home, I asked my mom how her hair turned out. She liked it. I saw it the next day and I really liked it too! It looked like a complete full high light Exactly what she normally gets! So I'm happy for her! But this man has no concept of what techniques he's actually doing or how the hair is going to turn out. He just kind of "does"... and hopes for the best. Not particularly what I look for in a hair stylist!) Check the pics. First 5 are his student-worthy coloring, and the latter 2 are my hair after it was fixed last night by my hair stylist Emily at Pinque Salon in Cape Coral! Someone start a GoFundMe for Brock... he's going back to beauty school lmao. *Also there are many Salon Professionals here, this review is specific to Brock Epperson

I'd like to take a moment to truly unveil the real type of service and skin care services being provided with one of your up and coming entrepreneurs leasing a suite in your shop. The name of the business is The Beauty Plug. The woman or owners name is Tara, and she is quite frankly one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever met. Let's start with her grooming and appearance, if you are going to be selling skin care and beauty, you should be pretty well groomed and taken care of yourself. She looks very sloppy, and dingy. She also doesn't smell very pleasant. She is just dusty from her clothes, to her hair, to her SKIN, just dusty. Next lets talk about her salon, yes she made an attempt to have her salon look half way decent in her photo's on facebook. But I'd like to let everyone know that she has roaches in her salon. After my service I noticed a few crawling on the cabinets. I am not sure what the rules are for the tenants of Phoenix Salons, but there should be some type of standard where you are required to keep your WELLNESS SPA beyond tidy. Next thing, I found out that she "helped my" husband by doing a "facial". He told me he only went because he's known her since high school and he was trying to support a "struggling mom" or "mompreneuar". He said she did nothing but flirt with him the whole time, did a facewash that he could do himself in the shower, and that she was rubbing her breast and her buttocks against him throughout the session. VERY INAPPROPRIATE! I will be reporting this to the BBB and I have encouraged my husband to file sexual harassment charges against her. I am not accustomed to these types of things from Phenix Salons. I hope for your brand sake you can coach her to do things properly, if you all are not able to then hopefully she doesn't continue to tarnish your brand. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND
