Absolutely five star for the pickup from Reggie! He did a fabulous job with the pot placed in a precarious position!
And again five star for for Tontae! He did fabulous work! Good communication and got the job done quickly and efficiently!
However, as far as pods go, the other pod leaked and ruined quite a bit of stuff! I would never use them again. The one kid who dropped it off put it in a place where it flooded and had to be moved. And then the POD company would not come out and move it so the contractor moved it and damaged The second pod which rendered it unusable and in the way for months

Overall, a great stress free experience from beginning to end. Customer service was helpful as they communicated with me every step of the way. When the container was delivered, the driver, Louis Sanchez was excellent in putting the POD carefully into a tight driveway.

Great communication from start to finish from my initial phone contact with a knowledgeable, friendly corporate representative in Tampa to the awesome delivery and pickup driver, Marco in Fort Myers. The Pod looked new, clean and was easy to secure. Having no idea how all this worked, I am confident my belongings are in good hands. The engineering of their equipment is impressive!

Thad called this morning to let me know arrival time after an email last night for a time frame. They made sure my pod was as even as possible in my slightly slanted drive and made sure to protect my paver stones. Made sure that I was aware that contents may shift in transport and to call if assistance needed to open the door as I was at work during delivery. So far, everything seems to be exactly as it was loaded (& in far from a professional at loading this stuff). From price and service comparing to delivery, I'm very satisfied with my decision to use this company to relocate over a thousand miles away. Thank you to all of your team who handled my deliveries and pick ups and your customer service team

I am incredibly grateful for selecting PODS. The service has been excellent since my initial call. Today, Mr. Thad was the driver. He was courteous and attentive, ensuring everything was in order. The street was extremely busy, but his skills made it look effortless. Well done! Congratulations!
