This facility is always so nice and clean, I can't remember the young lady's name that was there the day I went to rent it I wish I could so she could get her props because she was a real sweetheart and made it so easy for us! I'd recommend to anyone!

I am so happy I came to this location at Public storage.. Yani Did such a great job I couldn’t be happier.. She helped me completely with everything I needed helping me find my storage unit helping me figure out how to do the lock and explain everything perfectly.. Public Storage did such a great job hiring her. She is very valuable to the company and I will recommend this location to everybody I know… I Highly recommend and I would give more than five stars if I could.. Thank you so much Yani for making my day and my move enjoyable fun and so much easier

The online process was easy. Yanni was so nice and helpful. The lock didn't work and she had to compromise. They gave me a refund on the lock lock for inconvenience. I would recommend.

Yani had amazing customer service, her personality was magnificent. Her proficiency at her job is superb. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for self storage check out public storage and speak to yani and tell her I recommend you and praised her on her work ethic.
